I like this place better than the one on Penn Street, the girl there wasn't rude at all & was very helpful & called boost for me & got my service unblocked for me , Thank God, I just had 2 strokes n needed to get in touch with my Drs n had appts ..was so thankful for her help there..I highly recommend going to this store than the one on Penn St..got my service unblocked same day..within a few mins after getting the boost card..to pay what I had owed for recurring payment..?

Went to this location on two separate occasions for the new SIM and to upgrade a phone they were not able to help me because they did not have the SIM or the phone seems useless to have a location that cannot provide the assistance needed by your customers drove to the Lancaster Avenue location got the phone upgraded within thirty minutes

Wi-Fi issues that I normally don’t have, and I’ve been w/them (phone/internet) for almost 4 years. I’ve been trying to get through all morning to report issues I’ve been having for 3 days bc I’ve had to call the Xfinity prepaid number to fix the issues by sending signals to my box, since their site has been down for the 3 days. Now, the Xfinity prepaid number I’ve been calling drops my call immediately after pick up! When I try to call the store (Planeta Latino), it tells me “the number you have dialed is incorrect”. It’s the same in my phone as on their website. This is so frustrating! I need internet Bc my child is homeschooled!
