Not worth getting their tires. I went for a tire rotation, and they denied it me having the lifetime.tire service. I will file a complaint. They wanted to sell me 2 new tires so I decline all my tires are still good

I am so grateful they have someone like Joe working there. It was a great experience, I called before I drove in and explained my issue, I drive a tesla and all the places in the area Sam's club, Pepboys, Mavis, Monroe, Walmart tire center all told me they don't do tire service on teslas. I started to get worried because the nearest tesla service center is 50 mins away, joe got on the phone and said he serviced many teslas, he was closing in 15 mins and he mentioned that he can get me back on the road if I get there soon. As soon as I got there he got to work right away. They have their own pucks to lift the car. It was done in 5 mins. Can't thank joe enough. Amazing guy!

They won't install tires on aftermarket wheels, which was frustrating. Gave an extra star because the employee was nice. I could tell he wasn't a fan of the policy and didn't like turning a customer away.

BJs is one of two local, huge, bulk item, box stores.They have almost anything you could need or want - clothing, food, bed mattresses, small kitchen appliances, holiday decor, TVs, office supplies... Whatever is on the shopping list.My general observation is that you can get some occasional deals but the appeal is probably much more about the convenience for really stocking up on items.Don't need just one? You need a pack of 30? BJs is a great solution.The store is clean. Ample parking available. Their own branded gas station is right there. Wheelchair accessible automated doors. Handicap parking. Friendly staff.They have a lot of self check out stations when paying.No complaints about this BJs. It's good for when you need something.

Always a great shopping experience until you go to check out. The older redheaded women "working" the cashiers was very rude and lazy.. her counter parts were equally doing the bare minimum... Always a terrible time trying to have the smallest of customer service

They have been advertising a $20 deal for membership. I asked the manager about the $20 deal, and she said I had to have a coupon for it. She refused to give me the deal, and she didn't even try to think of another option. She could care less about getting new members evidently and I can care less about ever shopping at BJ's.

I was very pleased with the service. I went there to get one tire to replace one damaged by a pothole. The model was no longer available. Joel searched and found a similar tire with a similar tread pattern. It, of course, had to be ordered and I did have to wait for it to come in which is often the case for anything these days. Cornell installed it. Both employees were as helpful and pleasant as you could hope for.

I had an amazing experience at BJ’s in Reading, Pa I felt inclined to write a review based on the above normal service. Specifically, Chris M. made our experience there one day very nice. He helped us twice, once in the store finding the products we needed, and two outside loading my truck with my heavy products. I hope all BJ’s employees show the concern for customers like this man had. I can’t wait to use this location again!

I would never buy anything from here again for delivery. I was told I would receive a half hour notice before delivery which did not happen. There "white glove delivery " also states that package would be delivered to nearest dry area. It was physically DUMPED on my neighbors property in the rain. At least 3 pieces are physically ruined due to getting wet. I called the store and the response was that they couldn't help me, I was given a fake phone number. Tried calling corporate and all the numbers I could find get no response.

The employees were very nice the entire time. I went to get all my 4 tires replaced. While changing the tires the employees cause damage to my vehicle paint/cracking it and breaking the front fender plastic in the driver side. The employees apologize and it was greatly appreciated. However, this situation should not have happened and my car is going to rust in that area due to the season we are in. I immediately reported this and mannagement was suppose to fix this. I was told per the gentleman that call that this is not the employees first time. They usually cause damage on vehicle rims/hubcaps. To my knowlege I thought they were trained and certified but I was made aware they are not. They are hired and i.n you go to shadow for a bit and that is it. As they say, "if the price is too good beware". I'm waiting to hear back and get this situation settle!I will not be acquiring services at the Tire Center ever again but I will still go to the store. (Please go elsewhere where you will be value as a customer and accountability will be taken). In addition, you will be dealing with professional while at BJ you will not. Thank you!!z
