STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYThis company practices strong arm bullying tactics to get you to pay exorbitant prices for a tow. They lie and they play games with their prices. I'm reporting them to to the BBB as well as pissed consumer. Com and will most likely seek arbitration since they are trying to extort me for an additional $600. After the total bill was paid and threatened to keep my vehicle if I don't pay an additional $600 today after a price was given and paid.The manager Dom is rude and demanding and refused to allow me to talk to his boss.

Their receptionist is incredibly rude. Holding a car and jacking up prices without explanation just to gain a few extra dollars. Shame on you.

I had inquired about a tow through Triple A on Sunday March 10th 2024 for my Mercedes Benz. I was greeted by one of this companies workers who seemed like they instantly had a chip on their shoulder. Getting out of the truck cursing loudly and immediately telling me he’s not taking my car. I tried to plead with him I was in a tough situation with my car being impounded after somebody stole it and crashed it. They stole my plates off the car and that was grounds for this tow company to terminate the tow and leave me high and dry for hours. I would never wish somebody to encounter this tow company for the simple fact they aren’t nice people. I called just 15 minutes ago and spoke with another representative of the company and got yelled and screamed at for all 5 minutes I was on the phone. I’ll be going to the bbb with this information. Let’s see what they have to say. ??

While I did business with this company via Triple AAA, I wanted to take time to commend the excellent service I received.Tow truck showed up within 15 minutes and had my car loaded and ready to go in literally a couple of minutes. Driver was very friendly and seemed to have a lot of experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company in the future. Thanks for the stress free experience!

In an empty parking lot, some white haired old man driving a Bill’s truck parked next in the spot next to me, but on the line. As I walked back to my car, we made eye contact so he knew I was getting into my vehicle. That is when he decided to pull away. He got so close to me that I had to jam myself against my vehicle and stand on my tip toes to avoid getting crushed. This old man should not be driving especially a truck of this size. Avoid this unsafe organization.

Billy was great! He got to my car on Perkiomen Ave in the time they said he’d be there. He got right to work in pouring rain…and I was grateful to him. I’d worked all day and on way home there was a tree in the road, I swerved to avoid it but not enough, my tire caught the end of it and not long afterwards my tire went flat…ugh!!!9:00 at night….I prayed for someone who would persevere in the rain and get the job done….Billy came to my rescue, thank-you, thank-you, thank-you, you were the answer to my prayers… sincerely DEB

Very helpful and kind, and even though they weren't able to fix my tire due to the damage, they towed my car to where I needed it to go to get fixed. The drivers also waited for the Uber driver to show up since we were not from the area.

Tow driver being extremely rude blocking parking spots and refusing to move when asked. I would recommend staying away if all their drivers act like that

Good group of guys…got me in right away ..Did a great job but that’s not why I gave them 5 stars it’s because of there honesty! They fixed what I needed fixed…. Bill and his team didn’t add on a dozen of unnecessary work …He explained what wrong and told me what he needed to to fix the problem …..NO B.S. ! just good work ..Robbie Silcox

I had to get an old broken down car towed off my apartment lot on a Saturday, after I called several other towing companies who said they had nobody available. Bill's was able to help out and he was very friendly. Very much appreciated!

I'm from Virginia, and my car broke down in PA while I was visiting family. The towing was very professional, and they went the extra mile to make sure my car wasn't damaged by the tow (front wheel drive with unsafe left rear wheel). The rear axle beam on my left rear wheel had rusted almost completely out. Bill's replaced the entire axle and the final bill was actually LESS than the estimate, which is always a pleasant surprise! Since we had a 5-hour drive to pick up the vehicle, they were also nice enough to meet us after hours so we could pick up the car. Absolutely stellar service - can't thank them enough!
