Anna has been a good friend and good person who has treated me with respect and dignity for many years now. I have gone to her with my own taxes, as well as helped her manage the tax season. She truly cares. Any communication issues we have faced have been so due to transition issues. The system is getting clearer, cleaner, and Anna works around the clock. Tax code changes as well. Communication from both parties is fundamental to transparency and timeliness.

There is a severe lack of communication between this business and their customers. Not only are they overpriced, but VERY slow in returning phone calls and emails. Never again will I give my business to such a poorly run operation. Stay away!!!

We wholeheartedly believe the lack of communication from Berks Lehigh Tax & Accounting, specifically Anna Caramuche, coupled with a severe delay in preparing our taxes, has found us now owing penalties to the State. We electronically delivered our documentation to the office on 31 January 2020, but the office was still calculating our taxes and asking us for clarification on 1 July 2020. Their delay is now costing us over $700 in penalties. When trying to communicate with the office after July, the office never responded. We left numerous voicemail messages and sent numerous emails and we never received a response. For financial peace of mind, do not take your business here.
