Outstanding! Thank you Sgt. Larry for all you did!!! Battery died during a terrible storm. Larry took the time to find the right battery, explain battery warranties and carry it out to my car. Couldn't ask for more. What a great guy and super service! Never let him go Auto Zone!!! Will be a repeat customer forever!

Larry M is the best!! I broke down one evening across the street from the AutoZone on Perkiomen Ave. It was late and getting close to closing time and not only did Larry help me to purchase a new battery but he also installed it for me without hesitation. It was not an easy install but he took his time and was extremely patient. We had good conversation while he was working on my car and I truly appreciate all his hard work, kindness, and generosity! Thank you so much Larry and thank you again for your service to our country!

I dont know if this is the exact one i went to to be fair. However, i would never use them again unless i had to. I went in for a gas cap. The girl knew nothing, she was so confused. That's management's fault. The manager came over and helped her. She went in back. She brings a gas cap. Something told me to just look to make sure.IT WAS USED.Manager quickly gave me another one. I called the company. i believe they said they were going to have a dm call me and give money back, and i think, a coupon or something. NEVER CALLED ME. Now i dont think i even got the receipt. Money is so tight, and i threw it in my trunk. i think it's not even the right one. I got one from the dealer. So in my opinion i personly would try to avoid them. WHAT HAPPENED this company was so good i loved them. I feel bad for them in away, how they must have gotten to this point.

Amazing their customer service the gentleman that helped me has excellent customer service. Love this location, Very helpful and a great environment to walk into. Would highly recommend this store to anyone
