Jamie is the best. The units are clean, security code gate, the entire area always looks good. Jamie, great customer service, friendly, helpful. If I need storage again in the future, I'm coming back to Arrow most definitely.

My husband and I are traveling due to work and we were getting to go home for a week then having to come back. So we were looking for a location to keep his truck. I reserved a spot online. Unit Type: Parking - Outside Unit Size: 14x50 Unit Price: $70 Move in Date: 6/30/2022 When I called the location to get information the lady was very rude.( literally called 3 different times before ever getting ahold of anyone). I honestly don't think she could even hear me with all the background noise (sounded like kids yelling). I just wanted to know basics like when I would need to come fill out any paper work, get a code for the gate, ect. She quickly let me know that she could not do a contract with us due to my husbands truck ( 2020 Dodge Ram 3500), then hung up. The lady wouldn't even take the time to explain why she couldn't do a contract with us. You would think If we can reserve the spot online that it wouldn't be an issue.

Safe and secure storage units. Gated entrance, pine code requirements to enter. Rates are based on size of unit Plus 24-7 security cameras .

Great place to store extra items. Have a storage unit there for over a year now. Fair pricing, safe,and certainly worth checking out. You must use a code to get in and out and there are security cameras every where.And police are always in this area.

Never came to open the gate to let me in for a scheduled appointment to look at a unit. Facility did look secure and clean.
