I’ve been here 3 times. And I won’t tell a lie the first two times were decent. I got my nails and toes done the first time and my nails filled with my hair done the second. Both times I liked! I went back a third time and I honestly will not go back again and will be paying to have the nails Jessica did removed. It was awful service the 3rd time and the nails looked like my very small children could do them better. For starters we had called a head of time asking if she could include my toes so we were told to come in early. I was there the time I was told and sat for a half hour doing nothing till my appointment time anyway and STILL didn’t get my toes done when I left. Was told she had run out of time. She may have had time if she didn’t put her personal life before her work. She did my nails wrong but In the mean time answered and called multiple calls. Stopped doing my nails to do other stuff with a family animal that the family had brought in and in the end my nails look so awful that as I said I will be paying to have someone else remove them cause me and others as well can’t stand them. They’re absolutely awful! It’s almost as if she showed what her potential is then just got careless! She also had cut my finger the past two times of being there.

Jess goes above and beyond for her clients. This little girl wanted to play with hair, Jess got out a brush and clips, and sat on the floor. Not only is she great with hair, she’s great with people (of all ages ?)

I am extremely happy Jessica was recommended to me. She did my hair today, did exactly what I asked for, not what she wanted. Pleasant conversation, great prices! It's hard to find stylist that even wants to do perms, let alone, give you a great perm. I will try other services, definately.

Khloe and I Love Jess and her girls! Her shop has such a fun atmosphere!! I have been having my hair cut by Jess for 2 years and she is truly fantastic! I have had such bad experiences in the past with hairdressers, but from my very first cut with Jess she has always put me at ease, and I have always left the salon completely in love with my hair. She always listens, and advises practical and professional advice, and has introduced me to the most amazing products to use. Jess is highly qualified and exceptionally talented- I would certainly recommend her!
