Carole is smart, capable, and communicates well. I'm sorry to say that our tax return was actually handled by a staff person with MUCH less skill and knowledge (that's too generous - they are really incompetent !). The result was delay, eventually filing an INCORRECT return, needing to follow-up with an amended return, and months of back and forth with the tax authorities -- all of which is STILL not resolved from 2019. Friendly people, but a lot of headaches over something that an accountant SHOULD have gotten right the first time. When I pointed this out to Carole, she was defensive about her incompetent staff, rather than apologetic about my headaches and frustration. We will NOT be going back, and cannot recommend to others.

So, I'm a procrastinator (sorry, Mom–some things will never change). As any good procrastinator would do, I waited until last minute to get my extended tax return in order. Enter Carole Smith and friends at Radnor Tax Services. Even though it was a complicated return, and I waited until last minute, they took care of it in record time AND saved me and my business a ridiculous amount in the process. Highly recommend them!
