“Fantastic. Highly recommend. Jess came out initially and help us understand the process and helped us map the boundaries. Had great ideas too about various areas that our dog now loves. The crew that installed the fence was very professional. All of the trainers were very good as well. We have an australian shepherd 1 year old who is full of energy and is now able to carry sticks from one side of the yard to the other for hours safely as a result of the training and the invisible fence. If you own a dog and dont have a physical fence definitely get one.”
“I had a great training experience with Julia and Mike. They were informative and very knowledgeable. Mike even brought along his little dog to help train which was so helpful to provide distractions during the training process. We have a big yard yet I feel very confident in the training. Huge thank you!!”
“Stopped in with my husband today as we saw the cutest cat in the window. She was nestled in the pile of Halloween pet toys and let us pet her. Along with having a cute cat, this store also has friendly staff! We happily chatted about cats with the person at the register. We purchase some items for our cats and they gave us little treats for our cats in our shopping bag. Will definitely stop in again.”

“Samira and Michelle in the grooming area are awesome. My dog is unfortunately very anxious but they do their best to make her feel comfortable. They even offered some advice on how to help my dog feel less anxious when going to the groomer.
Highly recommend them both”

“The only reason I'm giving 4-stars is because of the owner. The two employees we worked with were solid. However, when we came back to visit our puppy a couple of times during the week (had to wait to take puppy home because he was from out of state), their vibe totally changed when the owner was around. The owner of Playful also owns Ruh Roh's pet shop around the corner. Same thing happened there. Employees were very nice without the owner present and very stressed when owner was there. Anyway, I don't know the backstory. Maybe something stressful was happening at both places on multiple days.Last thing....negotiate! The employee who helped us told us we can negotiate and we saved $700. The next day, when we returned to visit our dog, the other employee never told the other customers to negotiate and they paid full price.”

“Marlina is the best groomer !!!! She does beyond amazing work and is Extremely experienced. Some days I don't always have time to properly groom my dog and because of the type of coat my poodle has; if you let it go, it can get out of hand. She's doesn't pass judgement and literally makes my dog look like a show dog. Just wow I've been to other places before to get Zoe groomed but after the first visit with Marlina I told her she is now my dogs god mom because she always makes my dog look beautiful.I refuse to take my dog anywhere and to anyone else. Marlina will forever be the one and only groomer for my toy poodle Marlina if you're reading this, thank you for always going above and beyond.”
“I had to leave a review this time! Alexa has groomed my Cavalier King Charles, Sawyer, a couple times now. She just does such a great job! And our experience here is always pleasant, whether it’s the grooming services or the store. We will always book with Alexa. Heather probably spent an hour with my ten year old son to help get everything he needed for the leopard gecko he will hopefully be getting soon. she literally built his reptile tank rom top to bottom with every single piece his gecko will need. we are first time buyers so this was helpful beyond words for us, thank you for the time and info you gave us. peyton can not wait to see his gecko!!”

“The store was very clean and smelled good. I was impressed with how much the store has improved. However, I felt like I was interrupting a private conversation between the associates at the counter. They did not seem very professional and nobody asked if they could help me as I stood at the front. Also, there were 3 people at the front, but nobody in the store to ask if we needed any help. Very odd visit.”
“I had an AMAZING experience with the staff at this specific store. I was greeted with smiles and no judgement. I’ve been researching and preparing to own a leopard gecko, there is always more to learn but I was finally ready. I started off at the broomall location, whom turned me down and told me to check “reddit” and then decide if I want it , but tried to sell me a Tarantula in the same sentence? I called springfield, and they said get here by 8:30 and we got you. They gave me everything I needed and got me out swiftly. Will be shopping here again!!!!”

“Francisvale’s new team from Providence Animal Shelter is absolutely amazing. We recently lost one of our beloved cats, and while we’ve always buried our pets at Francisvale, I was honestly dreading it this time. I wasn’t sure a larger organization like Providence could match the personal, client-focused care of the original Francisvale staff.
I was completely wrong.
Amelia Smith from Providence Operations exchanged emails with me about every burial detail and made sure we found a date and time that worked for our whole family. Aidan and Jordan met us at the cemetery and helped us choose the perfect resting place right beside our other cats. When the day came, everything was prepared, and all three Providence staff members were there to ensure our little Sarabi’s burial was handled with care and respect.
The new team is compassionate, accommodating, and incredibly generous with their time. My family and I were genuinely impressed by the kindness shown to both our cat and our family. The grounds remain as peaceful and beautiful as ever.
Under Providence’s stewardship, I truly believe Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals will continue to thrive as a no-kill shelter and remain a comforting, dignified resting place for our beloved companions.”
