The last two times I have spoken with staff there they have been short to the point of rudeness. This is something new and very disheartening.

They are great, always get my meds shipped out to me on time, I've been using them for years and they are so dependable and reliable I wish everyone I dealt with was this competent, professional and friendly. Highly recommend them.

They only fill for Penn prescribing doctors... Lie to UPHS employees that something is "out of stock" because the prescribing doctor isn't a Penn doctor.

I’ve gone there since my kidney cancer surgery for three years for my 6 mos check ups for my labs, X-ray and MRIs. Everybody is terrific .

I was assured I would get a text message telling me my prescription was ready. That never happened. I drove all the way Radnor to pick it up TWO days after requesting the fill and they were closed inside of business hours which was not indicated on their website. Highly disappointed in the customer service. Now I must wait another 2 days to pick up my prescription. They suck.

Bad attitude and poor service!They take days to contact the insurance company for approval, which delays medication and treatment. Multiple employees do not care, they talk down to you and act as if you do not matter.Best advice: transfer medication to a real pharmacy that cares about its patients.

I love the new location. It's bigger and more fashionable than the previous one. The pharmacy is on the first floor. It's so convenient to pick up the prescription medicine.
