The representatives will lie to you I am highly upset I am a medical patient that renewed over a month ago. I was told 12/23 that’s when my old cert expired so 12/24 I would get my certification i was told that would be done in the morning it is now 1:21 pm and I am still here waiting for my renewal that I paid for in advance just to be on their time. The lady told me things would be update 12/24 and that’s untrue also they are closed so I have to wait all the way until Monday to speak to someone this is the worst I’ve ever been treated when it comes down to my medication they don’t have the option for refund either so inconsiderate never again

Elevate Holistics is a must have if you are applying for your medical license! They were more than helpful and the staff were very polite,efficient, and informative! I was able to reach them with any questions I had and if it was after business hours they quickly responded as soon as they were back online. They updated me on what I needed to do (which was honestly very little) and what I was to expect and when. I would recommend Elevate Holistics to any and everyone who is interested in obtaining their medical card. They handled the majority of the application process, other than uploading photos that were needed and signing of paperwork or paying for the application Elevate handled the rest of it! Thank You Elevate you guys are Awsome!

Excellent, professional, quality care, and knowledgeable. Dr. Merchant listened and was quick to diagnose and give his recommendations on specific issues that he recognized during our meeting. I felt validated and supported through the entire process.
