From the moment I walked into Providence Autos CDJR I was treated very well by everyone, I was really surprised how fast I was waited on, after having a very bad experience at another dealership, it was refreshening the way I was treated with fast friendly service. I went in for some safety recalls which they took care of. I also had a service bulletin warranty issue with the rear window concerning leaking. Regarding the rear window leak they explained to me that they followed the manufactures guidelines Chrysler Corporation that is as far as procedures to mitigate the problem and they assured me that if i would have any more problems with the window they would do their best to resolve the issue for me. They also gave me a loaner truck while me 2020 DODGE BIG HORN RAM was being serviced and that made the entire process that much easier. Providence Service Team 10 Stars !

I have been a satisfied customer at Providence Auto Group for about 25 years! That is why I go back when I need a new car or service on my current vehicle!
I recently had repairs done on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee . They provided us with a loaner vehicle , because parts had to be ordered. I wouldn’t have the vehicle back for over a week.
My service rep, Krystal, kept me updated on the progress. Everything was done correctly and Krystal is outstanding!

I go to Providence Motors Quarryville, PA for my routine maintenance. Been doing that for four years after my pleasant purchasing experience. The service is absolutely awesome. Never had such a great dealership experience in all my many years of auto ownership. Highly recommend them. They are transparent and honest and put you first. Facility is bright, modern and refreshing. Customer lounge is five star all the way with complimentary drinks and snacks. Easy to make appointments and they are very accommodating. Best dealership in all my years hands down.
