Horrible experience I came in to get storage unit and they I guess thought they take the day off so when I drove almost 3hrs to get there no one was there. I also called numerous time over 17 to be exact and not one answer. I guess they can just take the day off whenever they like. What a waste of time I would definitely not recommend this place.

Great place to store your extra home good or projects. Also great when moving to hold stuff. Plenty of options to choose from. Zuly, the person at the desk was very helpful and happy to do her job. Very easy to talk to and ask questions!

Very helpful and overall pleasant experience. Rented my unit over the phone and found out it was too small and Zuly had no problem helping me switch to a bigger unit. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone

Zuly, the building manager is wonderful to work with. She is very friendly, accommodating and carries herself professionally. I recently had a situation where I tried to downsize to a smaller unit and ended up not having enough space. When I asked for her help to move back to my original storage unit, there was no hesitation! She helped me beyond the best of her ability and corrected my mistake promptly, accommodating all my requests. I definitely recommend Zuly’s assistance to anyone already at moove in self storage or those looking for a unit there, if you want someone understanding and proficient.
