Lost my joint debit card and went to Fulton in Quarryville to have it replaced. Took the check book linked to the account to ensure it was the correct card to be canceled and not my personal account. The teller (w/m with glasses) closed the wrong account. Went to use it and it was declined. Fast forward to today, 6 weeks later and the cards still don't match up. I will be closing out my accounts.

Today was the first time I have gone inside the bank since COVID first began. I was very disappointed with the service. I waited for at least 10 minutes without being helped. There were 5 customers and 2 tellers. One of the tellers said it was her first day, so was unable to help anyone other than to take their Information. The other teller got called away for a short time to help in the back. That of course left no one to wait on the customers. I understand that a new teller possibly cannot handle customer's transactions, but in that case, she should be training with an experienced teller who is able to. I finally just left and used the ATM, which I guess is what I should have done in the first place.
