Joe and Anthony are the best! This place is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring! I could not believe how great my car looked when they were done! The guys in the shop are super nice and hard working! Do not hesitate to take your car here! It’s worth every penny!!! Ziebart is lucky to have Joe and Anthony! They are the glue that holds this place together!

Absolutely ridiculous how bad these people are. Their work is shoddy at best. They do nothing right, and they're incredibly rude when you complain. When you complain to customer service, they tell you that the name of the owner is Mike Jensen from Quakertown, and that the franchise is actually being bought by a new owner because of the number of complaints, but that there is nothing they can do. It looks like when you post a negative review, they ask that you call Customer Service. Don't bother- they do nothing. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here!

About 5 weeks ago, I called to get pricing and set up an appointment to have a Rhino Liner sprayed on my truck bed. I was quoted a price of 799 plus tax and was forced to pay IN ADVANCE for the service. I didn't like that idea but I did so anyway.
When I got to my appointment that Friday, I was met by a Joseph James who introduced himself as the Vice President of Outside Sales for Ziebart. I now assume he works for this franchise, but I can't be sure.
Joseph was INCREDIBLY rude and pushy, trying to sell me everything from undercoating to ceramic coating and becoming quite offended when I said no. He asked at least 4 more times.
I did agree to window Tint on my front windows and the top of my windshield. I paid 299.00 plus tax for this additional service.
When I left the shop, my windshield was FILTHY. It looked like it had been cleaned with an oily rag. Photo is attached. They also left a spray bottle and squeegee in the truck.
About 3 weeks later, I noticed that the tint on both windows was bubbling. I returned last Friday 10/25 and they re-tinted the windows.
This Wednesday I noticed that the driver's window was again bubbling. The bubbles were much smaller this time but were present. I called the shop and asked that they remove the tint and refund my money. The person I spoke with said "no problem" and set me up for today.
I got to the shop today and again was met by Joseph. He took my keys and got me started. All was well until...
I came back to pick up the truck when it was complete and was handed my keys and asked to sign a work order. When I asked about the refund, Joseph refused to refund my money. He said "I am not refunding that, it was a tiny bubble and we could've fixed it. We usually charge $25 to remove the tint but I'm not charging you." I expressed my disgust, and told Joseph that he WAS going to refund me, or I would just dispute all $1100 or so that I spent there with my bank. His response was to tell me that he has my signature on all of his paperwork and that they could've fixed the tint. It wasn't until I got agitated and the other customer waiting for his car said "I guess I shouldn't have come here" that Joseph decided he would refund PART of what I paid for the tint. He refunded me $200, which did not include the sales tax on what I paid. I'm sure the Dept. Of Revenue in PA would love to know that your company keeps the tax on refunds.
As he was issuing the refund to my card, Joseph made the comment that it was "just a small spot" and told me that I was "being overly picky to be honest."
I beg your pardon. I paid $300 for tint, had to come back twice for problems, and I am being "overly picky" because I want it done correctly.
Now that it's all said and done, I still have a messy windshield and there is still tiny glue left on my driver's side window.
The work of this shop is not only sloppy, but seems rushed.
I live an hour from this shop, about 40 miles. My truck gets about 15mpg, and I've made the round trip 3 times now. That's 18 gallons of gas at about $3.50 per gallon. I need to now go somewhere and have the rest of this glue removed, and I will need to clean my windshield.
Incidentally, I was diagnosed with cancer about 6 weeks ago and have been dealing with that, doctor's visits, and thought I would cheer myself up with some modifications to my truck. Instead I got extra stress and pushy sales tactics.
I ask...why would I spent $1800 on undercoating or $1500 on ceramic (which I had planned to do in the coming month or so) at an establishment that can't even tint a window properly, where the techs don't clean up after themselves, and when this is what I'm met with when

Buyer beware... Does anyone find it strange that all the alleged good reviews? Don't have any pics posted....i will give u a clue. them....about the only thing their good at is posting their own reviews..lol
Buyer Beware Difficult sales staff to deal with. Canceled before I got ripped off. Can't paint over rust. No primer and no chemical can change rust to steel. Sucker born every minute. Their selling fools gold here. Fools, beware!

So I posted awhile ago sharing my experience with their undercoating service, and having my truck bed sprayed. And i would like to give an update a few months later. I was changing the oil and while I was under the truck I could see a multitude of spots completely missed. Same with the rear as I was replacing my fuel pump. Witch was very disappointing, then on top of that. My bed liner has started to peel away in big chunks around my tailgate. And I have plastic tool boxes that I slide in the bed on occasion and I noticed that just by doing that it will scratch the lining away, not really protecting the bed in the slightest. And I am looking for a place to redo everything they did but actually do it right. Or I will just do it myself.

I’m deeply disappointed and disgusted with the service I received from Ziebart. They completely misrepresented themselves and failed to deliver on their promises. From the beginning, I was assured that the work would be done professionally and to a high standard. However, not only did they do a half-baked job, but they also blatantly lied about the progress and quality of the work.
I paid $4,000 upfront expecting quality craftsmanship, but what I received was far from it. Despite repeated attempts to communicate my concerns, they showed no interest in resolving the issues. Instead, I was met with excuses and dismissive responses. I trusted Ziebart to handle this job, and they completely screwed me over.
To illustrate the poor quality of their work, I will try to upload pictures of the shabby craftsmanship. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and choose a business that values honesty and quality.
Let's not forget they didn't want me to make a review or reach out to corporate. It's definitely more but didn't want to write a book. READ ALL REVIEWS. THE GOOD, BAD AND UGLY. RUN DONT WALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That guy Mark really knows how to clean a car, probably the best detailing job I’ve ever received. Made my piece of junk look like an actual attractive vehicle. I will always bring my vehicle back to Ziebart and ask for mark specifically. Ask for mark if you want the job done right.

I had a ceramic z-gloss upgrade on my 7 year old truck. The truck now looks like it just came out of the showroom. Finish is absolutely gorgeous, personnel were extremely courteous and friendly and the work was done on schedule. A great experience, so glad I had this work done..

Ziebart of Quakertown Surpassed my expectations. I am extremely Impressed. The truck turned out fabulous. The installation and customer service was so outstanding. I can’t wait to give lots of referrals. Joe is a wonderful salesman. Because of him, I added the undercoating along with the bedliner. Great job!!!
