I went to the Wells Fargo on Saturday. I went in and asked if I can open up an account and give them my check from a local bank that I used to be with. I wanted to transfer my bank because I am moving out of state and wanted to use a national bank. They had told me that I could make an account online and come back in to deposit the check or use the Wells Fargo app to mobile deposit the check. I got so annoyed because they had asked me if I could come in Monday. I had told them I am moving out of state on Monday. So I wouldn’t be able to. Then I went to another one close to quakertown which was east greenville and they said the same thing. It is their job to be able to help their customers get what they want/need. I might as well get paid to do their job! I suggest not going with Wells Fargo if you are looking for a new bank. I loved my local bank! They helped me with whatever I needed.

This is not so much for this branch as it is for Wells Fargo as a whole. I recently entered into an agrrement to sell my house and the buyer has Wells Fargo as thier mortage company. DO NOT.....I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!Long story short, Over the course of getting things in place, Wells Fargo changed requirements several times that need to be facilitated buy either the buyer or myself. Thier communication is absolutley horrible. We even pushed settlement out an additional week to be able to get thier needs taken care.Thier was 1.....again 1 thing that needed to be done by Wells Fargo themselves in which they did say in an email that they would optain the necessary document they needed for this requirement. From the time of that email they had over 2 weeks to get this part done.30 minutes before we are suppose to go to settlement we get a call that this requirements was never done by Wells Fargo!No one at Wells Fargo took accoountabillity despite it clearly stated it in thier email. They did nothing! They also did not really care as Me and the buyer took it upon ourselves to do the leg work to get the document they needed, which in the end took less than 24hrs to get and email to them. At which point nobody called anyone about it, keep in comunication about when thing were going to happen and or when settlement would be again.We all took time off work and out of our days to do thier job and it was all wasted by them due to incompetence and the pure disregard to do thier jobs. They do not care about you, All they care about is if you make a mistake then you will pay dearly for it because they will charge you fees and such. But if the shoe is on the other foot then well sorry thats your problem for time and money wasted not thiers.DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR FINACIAL NEEDS.I HAVE HAD QUICKEN/ROCKET MORTAGE FOR ALL MY HOMES AND I WILL SAY I NEVER HAD ONE ISSUE,

Went to try to close out an account that I am the executor of and was told no one could help me and they might call me to make a time for me to come in.Update: Eric who called me back apologized and got thing set for me. Would have liked to see a better process for those thay come in like helping to set up an appointment when one comes in and needs help.

On Dec 31 while I was there as a customer, the bank was robbed. Everyone was fine. I want to compliment the staff for being calm, acting professionally, and for taking care of the customers. Fantastic staff!

Recently remodeled branch but Wells Fargo hasn't changed. Recently a third part check I received did not clear the makers bank on the first submission It was resubmitted the next day and honored. Wells Fargo placed a ten day hard hold on the deposit and even after they collected the funds they would not release the hold. Dan the banker was very polite and did what he could to help me, but Wells Fargo stinks and I will be looking to move my accounts to a better bank like T.D. when the hold is finally removed. I do not recommend banking here.
