I am so grateful to Vicky in your customer service department who went to a lot of trouble to check if you had an item that I was looking for. It would’ve been a long drive up there for me to get it and as it turns out you didn’t have it so the extra time and energy that she took to go look for that for me and be able to tell me that it was out of stock meant a lot to me. Thank you so much for your wonderful workers there and a beautiful store that you offer to the public. But just wanted to make sure Vicky got recognized for taking the time to help me and check on that product since it took a long time to do that. Thank you ?

NEVER buy anything from the bakery. I got moldy food, and after calling to let them know not to sell the rest of that product, I got no apology. No sympathy. No regrets. Nothing. I was there today and saw something there that should've been reduced because it was due to expire today and the employee I told stared at me with a disgusted look like I was insane. Am I truly the weird one for not wanting people to get sick? Am I wrong for not wanting people to pay full price for goods that are about to expire?
Aside from the bakery, the frozen section has had some issues lately. The entire floor was wet and the glass was foggy... hopefully they've fixed that.
Overall, the employees here don't seem to like their jobs. There are a lot of them (as in I sometimes see a dozen employees just walking past a few aisles and there's another dozen standing around doing nothing) and yet few seem to actually care.

Spent $80 on a Hamilton Beach microwave on 5/23/24 at Quakertown Walmart. Usually only used to warm up coffee or left overs for 1-2 minutes. Decided to actually cook something the other day for 9 minutes in a microwave safe dish. When I went to get it out, my hand touched the side of the glass plate at the bottom and it burned me. I then tried again to get the dish out and it was melted to the glass plate. I called customer service for Hamilton Beach Walmart this morning. They told me to take it back in the store to return, exchange, and file a claim. They said even without the box. So, I walked into customer service with the microwave and my 2 children. There were 2 customers in front of me. As soon as she looked up at us, the lady rolled her eyes at us. When we got to the front counter she said we weren’t allowed to return it. I tried to explain and she wouldn’t even give me a chance to talk. She called another lady up and they both proceeded to tell me I wasn’t allowed to return it and started raising their voices at me. I asked for the manager and the lady disappeared for a while. Eventually she came back with a man who started to tell me the same thing. I had to get on the phone with customer service for Hamilton beach Walmart. Please beware!!!! These microwaves are dangerous and the customer service is non existent!

It's a super walmart, they've got almost everything and they're cheap. I like the self check outs but not a big fan of them trying to check your receipts afterwards.

Parking lot is aways full. Hard to find stuff cause the place is too big. Not great signage. I shop with one eye covered cause you never know what you are going to see at Walmart.

I love this Walmart! It's clean and shelves are always stocked. Employees are always polite and kind. Produce, bakery, etc are fully stocked. Whatever the customer is looking for this Walmart has the item. I would highly recommend this Walmart in Quakertown!!
