I don't usually leave a review especially a negative one, especially for a post office but this was to out of hand. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS.
My husband and I on separate occasions visited the post office 5 times. Every time we were given a different answer for the same transaction!
We recently moved to Quakertown and our apartments have a procedure to give us our mail key by going to our local post office with our lease and asking for it. It's nothing I've ever heard of before but they have evidently shown us that every tenant that has lived with them has done this successfully and simply.
My husband and I attempted to do this and every time we were turned away for a different reason. The first time was because they said we have to make a phone call and fill out a form. The other times they said our ID did not match our address even though we have a lease to prove we live at "said residence". We had our Apt office call and the manager Scoot seemed very helpful and agree they're should be no issues. We go back two more times and still have issues. Our last visit the rep finally helped us with no problem. This important task only took over 6 weeks with our demanding work schedules to accomplish. I am very disappointed in this post office. I will assure to never return. They employees are too incompetent here.

Mail delivery service has gotten really bad. I live in a 2 unit building and the post office does not bother to separate the mail for each unit. Sometimes the mail for both units is in my mailbox and other times it is all in my tenants mail box. The post office and delivery person don't seem to care where they put our mail.

I dropped off a parking ticket payment that my daughter got at the post office because Im 3rd shift and wasn't able to make it to the station during their hours. I was informed by the office that the envelope was opened and the money removed. I taped the envelope shut. So someone at the post office took my daughter's money. Can't even trust dropping things off at the post office itself anymore. So sad and disappointing.

The front desk lady treated me like an idiot. I told her i’ve never done this before but I need to know how much it would cost to ship items and put the items on the counter. With a lot of attitude she said “well I cant tell you anything without knowing information” and then just stared at me. So i said “well what information?” She said “the weight, what box its in.” I said well can you check? I was told you would weigh it and i could get boxes here. She gave a big sigh and started rushing through the system trying to weigh it, being aggressive with the card reader. She gave me attitude when she told me I have to press no on the card reader. Then she told me she cant check my other package because she’s getting a line, and I need to buy a scale and measure the dimensions and figure it out online myself. So i had to leave without shipping anything or knowing the cost of my other package. Im not buying a scale just to ship a package???? I also wanted to buy a box from the Post Office itself.

We need to remember that this post office, like most, serves hundreds, if not thousands, of homes. They are short-staffed, as most businesses are, and often one person is doing the job of 3 or 4. That is not the fault of the tellers. In that I am in there a minimum of three times a week and have been for years, I have watched these people doing their best for us in the strangest and most difficult of situations. I have never heard any one of them curse, deny service or turn someone away UNLESS the office is closing - we all want to go home at closing time.We all want to be treated with respect and kindness - from the people who serve us AND from the people we serve. I applaud anyone who deals with the public for 8, 10, 12 hours a day and can still retain a smile and bubbly personality at the end of every single day.Tom, you lead the pack - it has been a blessing to have you as the caretaker of my packages.Maybe we all need to step back and remember we are human. Sometimes I just ask a normally bubbly postal employee who seems "off" if he or she is having a bad day? You know it brings a smile to his/her face? Sometimes they need human kindness and courtesy just as much as we do.Tom, Caroline, Tiffany, Usha, Brittany, Amy - hugs to you. I couldn't do your job with the same professionalism. Happy New Year!

A very important package that I sent according to the tracker has been sitting at this post office for 5 days! This is very unacceptable! They have been open since 7:30am, and it is 9:12am, and still, I have yet to get someone to answer the phone! I see by the reviews that this post office needs a revamping. The service here is horrific at best!

It would be nice to receive our mail instead of the neighbor's on our block. It happens wayyy too often & not everyone does the legal thing which is to either give it back to the Mailman, put it in OUR mailbox or simply give it to us. Now our neighbors have ALLLLL our private information. Pure NEGLIGENCE when it's happening several times.

Horrible horrible post office!!! Try calling there sometime and see if you get through! It’s certainly hit or miss with this post office and MOSTLY miss!!!I’ve had so many packages misplaced, lost, put in the wrong box (over the last few years), it’s endless! Additionally, if something gets shipped via USPS vs UPS or FedEx, you can bet your life it will take an extra 2-5 days to get to you. Example: packages routed to the Allentown location then go to Philadelphia and then back up to Quakertown. How crazy is that??When I do have to go into the Post Office to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox (and it happens more than I care to recall), the employees working there (MOST not all), have an attitude and a “could care less” disposition! Rude rude rude!!!I just don’t have too many good things to say about this post office!! I thought I was the one paying for their services and not the other way around!! Just extremely disappointed and that’s putting in mildly!!
