I brought my Buick in for a vehicle recall and I received a phone call later that morning. The phone call was to let me know my car was going to need $4500.00 and change worth of repairs. Odd, since my car was just inspected. Can you say SCAM?

I bought my Cadillac Escalade In for service then the detailing guys backed my truck into a wall cracked my bumper and tail light which had to be replaced scuffed my back rim up on the driver's side kept my Escalade from 7-28-23 until 8–3-23 charged me for the maintenance which was 1561 now they're telling me the owner doesn’t want me to bring my car in for service any more when I bought it from their dealership and paid for and extended warranty unbelievable after they crashed my car. I was at the Waffle House and this lady overheard me talking and she said did you say Star their crooks they messed my husband's car up and he had to buy a new pickup truck ill never spend 50k with them again I wouldn't even leave one star if I could

We went to this dealership to look at a brand new Yukon XL. When we arrived we were told that Yukon wasn't there because the owner had been using it as her own personal vehicle. When we asked why, the salesman stated that the owner always takes brand new large SUVs off the lot for her own personal use because that's what she likes. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for the owner to bring the vehicle to the dealership. When we finally got to look at the vehicle, it was filthy on the outside, had the owner's personal belonging all over the inside, there was makeup ground into the interior around the drivers seat, and there were 1,250 miles on the odometer. They insisted that vehicle was still new even though it had loaner mileage on it and wear and tear from the owner. They really wouldn't work with us on the price and their last offer was $500 below full MSRP. This was the most unprofessional and unethical dealership I have ever dealt with.

My salesperson and the finance guy are two of the reasons that car salespeople have a bad rep. They sold me what "they" wanted not what I wanted. I'm sure it was more money in their pockets (commission). I wanted the 2018 used Terrain they had on the lot but they kept telling me I couldn't get a loan for that one, only the 2022, to get the payments where I wanted them. They keep you there so long that they wear you down into agreeing to what they want and my payments are higher than I wanted anyway. I'm upset with myself for allowing that to happen, I should have walked out. Unfortunately, I was in a position that I needed to buy a car that day, as my rental was running out through insurance. The finance guy also lied and told me that GAP insurance was required with the loan which I later learned was untrue. I will never buy from here again and I will be sure to tell any one that will listen to not go here either.

Super-Frustrating Online Sales Experience,Over Thanksgiving, our insurance carrier informed us (unexpectedly) that our Escalade would be totaled from a recent crash. I scoured the entire country and as of Sunday 11/27/2022 Star had one-of-two replacements which met our needs, across the entire country.We sent an email letting them know we were ready to purchase the 2019 ESV, we just needed to see some photos before we sent a deposit. I waited most of the day and when I had not heard from them, I called. I got a super-helpful salesperson (Chad) who got right on it, but immediately sent me back a text of a picture of someone else test-driving it... I also told him that we were ready to put a deposit down on it and that we thought this was the one for us!The other customer bought it... ... ...Not that it is Star's fault, but we are required to turn in our rental tomorrow and now we are on foot, in the snow and ice... Super-frustrating that they would not send us the pictures and allow us to purchase this, before the other person.While I would recommend Chad, the whole ordeal makes me not recommend Star Cadillac. I would not recommend to family or friends.

I had to buy two cars at the same time. A trade in Nissan and a Yukon Denali. (Both used) The AWD on the Nissan never worked and the service manager said (and I quote) "I don't know what you want me to do, you bought a Nissan at a Buick dealership, that's your problem". I asked to speak to the manager and the owner did call. 40 minutes later I learned all about her and her family and was completely dismissed. Yukon lasted about 4 years and nickeled and dimed me to the end. I had to get rid of it before it was paid off, but not after spending thousands for upkeep. I am not hard on my cars. Warning - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

My husband & I purchased a car from here & had a wonderful experience throughout the process but when it comes to servicing, we have had quite a rough time.. my husband has almost waited 4 hours for oil changes that had an appointment.. we have now scheduled an inspection , left the car and after 5 hours, we had to call and ask what the status was just to be told they hadn’t even taken the car back yet and that they would call us.. our appointment was 10 am… an hour later, we got a call saying they now need to keep it for some work but had no loner cars to offer us.. so overall.. it is what it is but definitely upsetting that every single service experience has been this way.

i purchases a 2021 Terrain in May of 2021. Sounds goid. In October it went into the shop for a leaking transmission. They had the car for 1 month. Now in July we had to take it back again for the leaking transmission. This time they had it 3 weeks. We didn't have a loaner car because one wasn't available for over 2 weeks. I picked up the car Thursday. They didn't have an invoice to give me. They did put 140+ miles on the car and used 1/2 tank of gas. No gas was replaced. Today is Monday and I called Matt to get the invoice. He still doesn't have the invoice ready. They were also to do a oil change that wasn't done. He said I wanted the car back so they didn't have time to complete the oil change. 3 weeks not enough time. I asked for the service manager and was told by the receptionist he wasn't available and she refused to put me on hold, because I would tie up a phone line. I told Matt I was not happy with the dealership and service. Matt told me I could go to another dealer. What type of service is this. I hope the owner know how his/get team members treat clients.

I would recommend Star for the buying experience. Jim did an excellent job with the entire process. This is the reason I would Not recommend Star. I scheduled an appointment for my first oil change online with a 9:00 appointment. Dropped my truck off the evening before for an oil changed and to check out a “clunking noise” I received a text at approximately 730 am claiming that this was the way to stay “in contact” during the process. I texted at 1200 noon and 100pm and never heard anything back from the dealer. I got a ride from a co worker because I live almost an hour from the dealership. Arrived at the dealership around 3 pm to find out they haven’t even looked at my truck or had it in the shop. I was told I could come back in an hour and my truck will be finished. Like I said earlier my residence is almost an hour away so I told them I will wait. Well almost 2 hours later I received my keys at 455 pm and was told they needed to order parts for the clunking. My problem is their whole process is unacceptable. This dealership will never receive another dime of my money.

I contacted a sales representative regarding a vehicle they had in stock. I received sporadic texts which quickly turned extremely sarcastic. The rep was also very rude and sarcastic regarding my trade. Horrible customer service experience, clearly they don't need the business.

Scheduled my DTS for an intermittent problem.. Told to drop it off Tuesday afternoon and it is on the books to be worked on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon service called and said they overbooked work and that is Thursday ok with me for a tech to look at it. I said sure, no problem. Waited all day Thursday for a response, nope no call. Friday afternoon I called Star about an update on my car............3 people later in service you car will be in the shop soon....................WTF I had to call Star to find out my vehicle was still not in the shop yet. Service dept sucks. I have over 40 years in the automotive business from working at GM dealerships as well owning my own speed shop. I guess I will call them Monday to find out the status of the issue. Will update !!!! Monday 4 pm I called Star.......Oh your car just pulled into the repair shop. my response was do not touch it.....park it back outside....Also get me the service manager on the phone! Hi this is Marco the service manger........I said what is the deal my car has been schedule to be worked on last Wednesday, and just being pulled in? Oh we have been driving your car around to get the same results no codes came up. Just do not touch it coming to pick it up. The problem was the temp shot up and the Service Air Bag alert came up dropped it off at the dealer with 75139 miles on it. Went to service and got the keys and car....Star service dept said no alerts or codes came up on dash. Opened car and started it and the first alert came up SERVICE AIR BAG....hmmmmmmmmmm oh wait the Caddy still had 75139 miles on it. Matt and Marco....you suck!!!!

I love Star Cadillac! When I purchased my Escalade over 3 years ago, I made it clear that the distance to the dealership was an issue (I live an hour away), so it was important to receive concierge service, with getting a loaner brought to my house for each service. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with my concierge service ever since! The service department and the driver are so prompt and friendly, and I never have to stress about things being covered under warranty. The service department does an excellent job of keeping track of what’s covered, and they provide awesome service. Great work and communication each time! I’m very happy with Star Cadillac and highly recommend them!
