I had a phenomenal experience with Eric, the GM Ralph and the entire team at Star. Our interactions started over the phone and lasted approximately 1 week before I even came into the dealership. Eric gave me his personal cell # and was would respond to my questions even while he was at home with his family watching the game. I was trying to work out a creative deal with them involving a trade I had. Eric went out of his way to help facilitate things even when they were complicated and probably a pain for him to deal with. I ended up coming in and purchasing the car I wanted. From start to finish, working with Eric and Ralph has been more akin to working out a deal with friends rather than the typical experience you would expect at a car dealership. I live over an hour away from the dealership and despite the drive, I plan to make them my first stop in the future for car purchases.

Their service department always helps out. My recent experience was a Friday evening tire issue. Other dealerships would tell you they don’t have the time. Matt and team rallied, and I was able to make it to day care pick up on time. It’s these little things that keep me pleased as a Star customer. These folks know customer service. I’ve been happy ever since I purchased my first car from them in 2018.

This has to be the fastest i have been in and out of a dealership. The experience was bar none the best i have had. My sales rep. Kyle was awesome and very helpful. Would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to buy a truck or car.

Our sales agent, Mike D was very nice and professional. When we entered the dealership, people greeted us and we took the vehicle we purchased for a drive and Mike showed us items about the truck and answered all our questions. It did not take as long as we thought to purchase the vehicle, only because the last purchase we made elsewhere it felt like an entire day, everything at GMC Star moved efficiently. I would definitely recommend going to Star for your next vehicle!

UPDATE: When most other dealerships would have walked away from the customer, Star GMC continued to support us through the 2+ week repair process. Their management team was in constant contact and provided guidance, offered transportation alternatives, and compensatory support. While the previous owner of this vehicle put us ALL in a difficult situation, Star eased much of the anxiety.Special thanks to Holly, Ron, and Tim. I will 100% return to Star GMC for future vehicle purchases and would highly recommend you do the same!Bought a 2018 pickup at Star GMC around 2 weeks ago and I must say the purchasing process went smooth. However, by the time I drove 80 miles home and made one trip to the hardware store, the check engine light lit up. Fast-forward to today, the truck needs the transmission fully rebuilt. I did purchase the extended warranty however they are questioning the repair since I have put less than 500 miles on the vehicle. On top of all this, including the warranty approval process, the repair process will take a few weeks and the warranty company only covers 4 days of rental car costs. I understand "buyer beware" but when spending over $40k you would expect not to have issues on the same day as delivery! When shopping anywhere - BUYER BEWARE!

Everyone at Star was very friendly. I never felt pressured or rushed. I do recommend asking for Nab if you go to Star for your next vehicle. She was absolutely amazing. She took her time and answered all of my questions. She showed me multiple trucks on a rather hot day. If I am in the market for another Sierra in the future, I will ask for Nab!!

Every person I was in contact with, from my first visit to the day I picked up my truck, was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Junior, my awesome sales guy, was attentive to what I wanted, knew about the trucks features and was great every step of the way! I have already recommended him to a friend. Justin got me a great rate and trade in for my car, he was very open and patient with my double checking of all the numbers. I can’t say enough. I hope I don’t have to use your service department but if I do I hope they are just as great! Thank you so much.

If you get Junior as your sales guy then you are in great hands. He was wonderful and extremely helpful. Went in looking for the specific car that they showed online. Explained in great detail about the car. Helped me set up my phone, etc. Thank you so much. I am so happy with my new car!!!

we had such a great experience at this dealership! Our salesman Jim worked with us and did everything with an ease. James, our financial advisor was friendly made us feel confortable and was able to again make everything simple and easy. They are laid back and extremely helpful and friendly. Ive had some really bad experiences at dealerships but i would come back here in a heartbeat to work with these guys again! Thank you guys so much!

I was looking everywhere for the car I wanted at a reasonable price, an Acura MDX and I saw that it happened to be here at Star GMC. At first the numbers were a little high for me but Justin worked his magic for me an got me a perfect monthly payment with warranty included. My sales rep Mike helped everything to be a smooth process and I drove away with the perfect car for me and my children! Thanks for everything !

I worked with Eric (sales) and Justin (finance) and wow, what a stellar experience! My car had gotten totaled so I needed a quick replacement. Eric and the entire dealership were more than fair. Despite demand being incredibly high for these vehicles (meaning they had no financial incentive to work to get me a good deal) they went above and beyond to give me a fair deal and made my buying experience exceptional. They truly built trust with their actions and I would be happy to pay a premium on a car to get the same service in the future!

We went to this dealership to look at a brand new Yukon XL. When we arrived we were told that Yukon wasn't there because the owner had been using it as her own personal vehicle. When we asked why, the salesman stated that the owner always takes brand new large SUVs off the lot for her own personal use because that's what she likes. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for the owner to bring the vehicle to the dealership. When we finally got to look at the vehicle, it was filthy on the outside, had the owner's personal belonging all over the inside, there was makeup ground into the interior around the drivers seat, and there were 1,250 miles on the odometer. They insisted that vehicle was still new even though it had loaner mileage on it and wear and tear from the owner. They really wouldn't work with us on the price and their last offer was $500 below full MSRP. This was the most unprofessional and unethical dealership I have ever dealt with.

Eric was knowledgeable and patient with us as we started with one vehicle and ended up asking more questions about a completely different one than we planned on looking at. He made the process easy and straightforward, never felt pressure or urgency to complete a sale. All staff we interacted with were friendly but not overbearing. Will definitely return when my wife is ready to look at her next vehicle.
