I was an online buyer for a 2022 F-150 on the west coast. Eric assisted me and was polite, honest, and most importantly treated me like a customer and had very fast response times even on his off hours. He provided recommendations and guidance on vehicle shipment and condition and was prompt with paperwork generation, shipment, and turnaround. Overall a great experience even being 3,000 miles away. Got my car in a day early when my AC died in 100 degree weather. Fixed 4 problems under factory & extended warranty. Also got 4 new tires based on their recommendation. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff and quality work.

Bought used 23 Kia Sportage PHEV.
Sales team was great, especially Nab. Called ahead and they confirmed the very attractive online price would be honored, no add-ons, so I left a NJ dealership and drove nearly 2 hours to Star. The team was so respectful of honoring the price agreement, they even waived a small fee they charge for handling an out-of-state registration. I was also thrilled that our trade-in offer exceeded another dealership’s by nearly a thousand dollars.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Escalade mostly because of our great salesperson, Nab! Her friendliness from our initial greeting to her knowledge of the vehicle was above par. She also went above and beyond while we were doing paperwork to take pictures of the stations I had on my Sirius channels and tuned them into my new car!
The staff is also very friendly and very nice to work with. We never felt pressured. It was a great experience from beginning to end!

WOW, such a great experience from start to finish with this dealer + everyone involved throughout the process. Walked into the dealer on a whim and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and professionalism from the staff. Dom our salesman was extremely knowledgeable, straight to the point, and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy with our new truck. Matt the manager in finance and Michael the manager for new cars and we’re absolutely great to work with as well throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this dealer!

Our experience was completely positive from start to end. Our sales representative Nab was professional, knowledgeable, very accommodating, and not at all pressuring. Everyone on the entire staff that we met was professional, kind and even fun. We are extremely happy with our purchase. There are a couple of things that need to be taken care of and we feel very confident that everything will be handled well.
