Friendly, on-time, professional delivery of our new furniture. Our order had two separate deliveries a couple of weeks apart and both times the delivery crews were excellent. Received a call a few minutes before arrival (within the scheduled window). Quick unloading from the truck. Pleasant conversation while unwrapping and placing the furniture. Thank you!!

Highly recommend shopping here! If you are looking for furniture come in and ask for Chip! (He doesn’t work on Wednesday and Thursdays). He is the best sales person in the sense that he’s honest and helpful. He truly goes above and beyond to help you! If you stop in and ask for him let him know how great he is! I won’t ever buy mattresses from anyone else.

I seem to have given this store a loan, considering I ordered (and payed for) my product on oct 31, still don’t have my product, and the new ETA (after being set back 2 other times) is now February. VERY UNHAPPY

This is a warehouse location to pick up furniture not already delivered to the store, confirmed with store's customer service that purchased furniture for ready for pickup here, furniture not ready, confirmed there was miscommunication between these two points, frustration...

Horrible customer service /salesman. Never delivered in confirmed date. 5-6 pieces were heavily damaged and the specialist technician came with a paint brush to cover the gouges - paint didn’t match. RF response - you can pick other furniture and we can swap it out? We bought 6 pieces and all sets available are 4 pieces so we are out 2 pieces?

The two sides of Raymour and Flanigan The sales process was really good or so I thought. Dont get me wrong, the sales people were very friendly and helpful. We went back and forth between a few different sofa's and although I was hesitant the sales person helped me pick a sofa and chair set he said would last a lifetime. Also told me all about their Platinum warranty. That it would cover anything, heck if I sat down on it and cut it with a knife it would be covered. So I went
