Love our new guest room bedroom set. Dark wood, charging station and led lights provide a nice are to sleep. This is our 3rd mattress from Raymour and never had any issues.

This place is great with delivery because they can often deliver the next day but if you have an issue, don't expect them to come out for weeks. I just had the furniture delivered yesterday and a recliner does not go up. I contacted them and the absolute fastest time they can get out is over a week.

Our sales rep, Graham, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. There was no heavy sales pressure. I have bought many items from this store and love the atmosphere of the store. Staff are so friendly. Graham was so friendly. Can’t say enough about the reps and store!!

I'd give the store a 1 tbh. I bought a sofa love seat combo with platinum plus warranty. 20 months later cushion sank on sofa & love seat had a minor pin hole. The manufacturer isn't making them so I needed to pick out a new set. To my surprise I couldn't just pick something comparable but needed to put out another grand to be whole again. Crazy. The delivery guys had left the new sofa outside in the rain. Can't win....
