Great experience with this hobby shop! I recently got a new redcat vehicle, and I needed some parts. Was able to message them earlier in the week and got everything I needed today, very inexpensive! Also got free body clips!

Nick is the owner a does a great job making you feel welcomed. The race track is awesome. Really cool seeing kids and adults smiling and have fun racing their cars.

Walk in the. Store to see if they had something on mar 30 2024 and the Store was pretty much empty nothing on walls no cars on shelves or counters this places has been going down hill for years

What an awesome store! They carry a lot of parts and cars to choose from. They also have a really good repair area for any of your needs. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Long time customer!

Customer service at this place just isn’t there. Took my kids to race the rental slot cars. My son accidentally dropped the slot car rental remote for the car… he’s 3..and the employee got upset and yelled across the store on the cost of the controller if they broke. Accidents happen and they are kids but maybe put a rubber mat under the seating area if it’s such an issue. The peopleworking there seemed like they just didn’t want to be there. I’ll go back for the track but not because they are helpful or nice.

Very poor customer service. We went in to ask questions about an RC car we are repairing and the employee talked down to us and barely took his eyes off the video he was watching on his phone. My son has been looking forward to coming in for weeks and we left very disappointed. Even when renting slot cars in the past, the employees are not very personable. We will not be coming back.

Perhaps these folks have expertise in the various intricacies of different RC vechiles but alas, they certainly do not in the art of customer service. More emphasis needs to be placed on persuading the customer to not just go directly to the manufacturer the next time around.
