Finally decided to get a full detail on my car after having it for 5+ years and they did not disappoint! The service was very professional and prompt, and they took my car right away. I cannot believe how CLEAN they got the interior carpets! 10/10, highly recommend!

Had an issue with the wash. The owner called right away and made it right. That sometimes is better than expecting everything to be perfect. Follow up was what was needed in this situation to get a 5 star rating.

They did a great job with a full detail on my car! My car is squeaky clean inside and out! Very friendly service, and I really like that you can drop your car off the night before without an appointment too!

I had never had a vehicle detailed before so I didn't know what to expect. I have a well traveled 6 year old and have taken many car trips with him and I felt like an archeologist after removing his car seat and booster seat and seeing the layers of smashed up crackers and debris. When I got my car back it looked like it had just driven off of the dealer's lot. It was a thing of beauty.
I did have a slight issue with my gas cover not closing correctly and spoke to the owner. He was incredibly nice and thorough, checked the cameras to see if any damage had occurred and spoke to his guys to see if they remembered anything. Thankfully it was just an internal locking mechanism that just needed to bent slightly and everything was back in working order. All that to say it was a total non-issue and if I had taken a close look at it I could have just done it myself and it nothing that the crew did wrong.
It was an absolute delight from start to finish and I would highly recommend this company.

Honestly terrible, this is the third time I've tried to come here just to get my seats cleaned and I can't. They say you can't make an appointment and it's first come first serve but they stop taking detailing services before 2pm, the place is open until 6pm. I'm not ever trying again, you definitely get you pay for here. Don't recommend at all.

Good infrastructure and setup - overall property and automated wash and self-service. However, in the few times I've been there for any add-on services - interior clean or wax polish - the service has been very iffy - windshield interior, rear-view mirror not wiped clean, today I was waiting for atleast 15 mins with my car unattended until I walked outside and showed them the receipt with the interior clean purchased. More importantly, there didn't seem to be someone leading the detailers to ensure services purchased were rendered and there was some quality control. I had to ask my mats to be washed (there was dirt on them when they said the vehicle was ready), the door jambs had soap bubbles and hadn't been wiped. I purchased the premium wash with interior clean.
