Purchased a Cal Spa hot tub from Pelican, and love it. Price was right and they delivered earlier than originally quoted. No waiting like the other local places. We did have an issue with the blower 2 times, and both times they’re sent their tech out to research and repair the tub at no cost to us. One the second trip, he made an alteration to the system, and we haven’t had a problem since.

I once bought a hot tub there 20 years ago and received a great product with good customer service. I went back in March of 2023 and bought a pool. Nice quality at a good price. I even upgraded the ladder to a double sided step ladder with a gate. That was a little on the expensive side.Here's where it went down. The salesman did not have any specs for the pool. Several emails later and denied permits from my township, we finally got the information on the pool we needed. Here's why I would not recommend going to Pelican for a pool. If you don't have an installer they will recommend Ranson Fuels located in Richland. Ranson fuels has no business installing pools. None. Pelican recommends them and so I would have to say they must be aware of their shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. No one has time for that kind of aggravation.

Chis was very helpful in the selection of our first hot tub. We quickly decided we wanted to step up to larger and more powerful model and Chris made the upgrade an easy decision. Chris truly provides real first class customer total satisfaction. Highly recommend Pelican pool and spa.

Had a great experience with Chris when we were looking for a new hot tub. Pelican was extremely organized, open and honest about delivery times, and communicated well through the process. We were able to get a tub in about 2 months instead of the 9 we were getting quoted elsewhere.

The sales person was very patient and informative in helping us pick out our firepit and 4 matching chairs. The set was delivered to our home in northern PA the following week. When the igniter wouldn't work, Pelican send someone to replace it. Very pleased.

We have been visiting Pelican for over a year and no spas were available. One day we stopped in a there were two left. Chris was so helpful and we were able to get the last one. The delivery of the long awaited spa came Friday and the three delivery guys were amazing and so fun. I was like a kid at Christmas and they were so kind and as enthused as I was. Thanks to the whole staff at Pelican for making our Christmas Dream come true.

Bought my pool from Pelican today and I highly recommend them. We worked with Paul, who was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. It was a pleasant experience and the price was right! We also have used them for snowboard service in the past, they have excellent customer service.

I’ve been renting skis from here for years, Chris at pelican was phenomenally helpful to get me in the perfect pair of boots that fit my legs. I am not built like the average skier but he took his time did some research and found something that fits me like a glove. Highly recommend this place

Drove 30 minutes here looking for outdoor furniture. One person on the sales floor taking inventory, ignoring us. Office person behind the counter provided little help. Indoor sales area was quite worn. Won't be back. Very sad.

6/17/20, about 1300, me and my wife walked into the Quakertown shop looking to buy a spa. Went to the spa section, no help, no one asked if we were interested in buying for 15 minutes. Went and asked the front desk, she walked us back to the spa section and said someone would be with us. 10-15 minutes later, still sitting there. Store looks empty, one guy buying chemicals at a counter. No one came back so we just left. Leaving 1★ because in an empty store, 3 people sitting at the front doing nothing, no one bothered to help for the 30 minutes or so total we stood around . 0/10 customer service, evidently.

Absolutely horrible customer service. was promised a hot tub in September and was quoted within the first week or at the worst the second and it is now October!
