“Target stores are always clean, laid out in an organized coherent manner, and well-managed. The Richland store stands out because the quality of your staff is excellent. Every Target associate I've met from that store has been pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The cashier who rang me out today was exceptional. She worked with me to demonstrate how to get the proper discounts so I could take advantage of the Cyber Monday sale and was patient, polite, and extremely understanding. I'm not impressed often but I was impressed today.”

As soon as I crossed the threshold of the store a store rep was asking what I needed, I explained the situation and he completely resolved the issue.
