I scheduled my appointment day and time online which was very easy to do. Check-in process when I arrived at the facility was also very quick and simple. I was called almost immediately after I was checked in, and blood was drawn right away. Staff was extremely pleasant and very efficient !! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

The staff endlessly complained about staffing and scheduling issues, as well as each other. It’s been 5 days since 1 vile of blood was drawn and my arm is still very bruised. Unsure the skill set of the staff here.

Went in and Joseph didn’t have a great attitude, and he messed up the label for my drug test so it couldn’t even be run, delaying my employment. Will never go here again

Staff was very rude, one in particular Marena. She was very defensive, snippy, and rushed us through check-in. Literally told us to hurry up.

I have to admit I was a little scared to go here because of some negative reviews. I decided to try it anyway and I have to tell you it was a perfectly fine experience. The staff was prompt and pleasant. The tech was very proficient. Lab is also spotlessly clean. I surely would not hesitate to go back.

I want to give a accommodation to the two young ladies working at labcorp I been coming to this labcorp for 3 years and I had a stand order that they couldn’t find when the young man was trying to locate my standing order he couldn’t find it and didn’t want to render any help .I ask if I could call to ask for it to get resent out he told me to go sit into the lobby because it’s nothing he could do a dismissive tone waving his hand. Very aggressively and didn’t try to help me the two young ladies quickly helped and and even called to get my order resent. He is very rude and shouldn’t treat people this way. I can’t give a bad review when the two young ladies are doing an excellent job going above and beyond but one bad apple will destroy a batch and it needs to be addressed.

I walked in for blood work on March 7 at 1.30pm. There was no que or anyone before me and this place had 2 employees working. As soon as I checked in to their kiosk, the gentlemen behind the counter called my name and cracked a nasty joke which made his other female colleague laugh like crazy as I walked inside. This gentlemen then asked me for my information and I told him I have a printed order from my doctor for blood work to which he again said something to make fun of - he was very rude. Unfortunately he was the one who ended up taking my blood sample and was very ruthless.
I had a very bad experience and I will not recommend this place. They need to train the gentlemen on customer service.

I go there only once per year and for the past five years I had nothing but good experiences there. The staff was always friendly and professional and I never had to wait long. I'll be going back there in the future.

So unprofessional from man and woman at front desk. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not understand how to bill correct insurance.

Did not notify me about needing a mask and did not make one available. Which is annoying but I get it. It was how rude the woman was. Terrible customer service. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint.
