My wife and I had a horrible experience at another furniture store that was until we walked into Just Furniture Jerry and his Wife greeted us polit,professional ask if we needed help explained to us about a few pieces of furniture we needed a dresser to complete our daughters set bingo they had it today I went back bought a bedroom suit ,mattress and platform we went with a Sterns and Foster. Do not hesitate to take legit bill from another store I'm 110% positive they will get you close if not match it.We will be back for dining room set as soon as this is paid off.
Update all furniture was delivered yesterday 10-12-24 the furniture was much larger and nicer in person it's hard to gauge size in large store,it is well built and heavy for the first time in years I slept well on the sterns and foster.Go see Jerry if you want quality and affordable furniture.
The delivery men 5 stars ,professional, polite,cleaned up we hit them with $80 tip and to vitamin waters they deserve the creditbakso making sure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. We bought a floor model in excellent condition it was wrapped better then new the mattress new.

Absolutely horrible. They lack basic communication skills and professionalism. It took us months to get our furniture with some excuse as to why it was late every single time. Before it was even shipped to the store we asked them to cancel the order. In which they failed miserably to do. So we were stuck with the dresser that we didn’t need any longer. We are now having issues with the furniture in which we have been trying for WEEKS to get in contact with them about. We have been told to wait for a manager to call on many occasions and never get a call back. Now they don’t even pick up their phone. We currently still have the issue and no help with it. I would never suggest furniture from this dump. Customer service is garbage, communication is trash, and overall the worst furniture experience I’ve ever had.

I am reviewing my experience just because of one person although everybody was nice، Gloria❤️ she is an exceptional sales employee who went above and beyond to ensure I find the right choice with the right price for my budget. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere, making every interaction a positive experience. Gloria's helpfulness is unmatched?, as she takes the time to truly understand what iam looking for and offers thoughtful solutions. Her dedication and friendly demeanor make her a standout in her role, and it's clear she genuinely cares about the people she assists. I would definitely come back and recommend this store just because of her.
I am waiting for my bedroom to arrive and assemble and I'm hopping the delivery and the assembly experience is going to be the same

10/10! Don't miss out on Just Furniture Quakertown! We were in the market for a new couch and wanted to try to stay in a certain budget. I knew of Just Furniture, but had never been in. We had no expectations, as it was our first stop. We were greeted warmly by Carolina and we explained exactly what we were looking for. She walked us through all of the reclining couches and was extremely knowledgeable about the product they carry (colors available and if they came in manual or power recline, as well as added features such as adjustable headrests, or pull-down consoles, etc..). You name it, she knew it! She was not pushy in any way and was very engaging and helpful. She went above and beyond in her service.
After our day of furniture shopping, we came home and did a lot of additional research. We returned to Just Furniture the next day to purchase the Wurstrow reclining couch and loveseat. Although it was more expensive than we originally intended to spend, it won us over with the degree of the recline (almost flat), the adjustable headrest, AND the adjustable lumbar support. Which was the main reason we were in the market for a new couch, to begin with. We can't wait until it arrives in a few weeks.
I highly recommend visiting Just Furniture Quakertown if you are ever in the market for new furniture, at great prices, with knowledgeable sales people.

What started out as a good in store experience turned into a delivery nightmare. If you think cable arrival windows are bad they got nothing on just furniture! I was told the window would br between 10 am - 8 pm with a 1/2 hr call ahead. At 2 pm got a text the delivery would be between 6 pm - 8 pm, wish I knew that 4 hrs beforehand. At 740 pm, still hadn’t heard anything so called the store and was told it would be in the next two hrs which came and went. Finally at 1030 pm we received our couch. Then after my 12.5 hr wait, they left the packaging from the couch in my breezeway when it could have been put in my trash bins at the curb which they walked by delivering the couch. Such a bad delivery experience, I would not buy furniture from them again bc they have no regard for people’s time.

They give good discounts on name brand stuff but unfortunately you get what you pay for. When I bought my sectional I was told 4 to 6 weeks but also that they have been coming in 2 to 3 recently. Well 8 weeks in i was told that one part was here but the other part would be 2 more weeks. Call 2 weeks later and I'm told a delivery date three weeks later. I got my sectional at THIRTEEN weeks since I ordered. I got a major house foundation project permitted and completed in almost a months less time than getting an Ashley sectional delivered. Best part is, when it got delivered half of the sectional had clearly been dropped from height because the entire backboard was shattered in half. They are ordering a new part but when I called a week later they couldn't even give me a time estimate! Probably going to be another 13 weeks till I finally have one cohesive sectional. I can't imagine if i had ordered more. Oh, and the delivery company also leaves ALL the trash there, doesn't put on shoe protection, and smelled to high heavens (very nice though). Cannot understate how much I wish I'd just paid more for the furniture from a legit company that doesn't have shady practices

Bought a bookshelf from
Here in July. Took almost a month to get it. When we got it put together the doors on the bookcase shelf are totally crooked. I can barely open the door. Worse, quality piece of furniture I’ve ever bought. I feel like I Would have got better quality buying from Wayfair, and that’s not saying much for quality. We also bought some furniture from Costco and Ashley and it’s excellent quality. Very disappointed with the quality of this book case
