I've driven low mileage used vehicles my entire life and was not savvy with current protocols or caveats . As a walkin, Dane and Logan teamed to accommodate my schedule . As a Tacoma owner for the last 30 years, jumping to Ford was a big move, but I had time to acclimate as a new Maverick was being built. Every issue was handled for me, communication was initiated by Logan or Ford, the truck itself exceeded my expectations and the service has been exemplary. The only concern I face is staving off the first scratch for as long as possible.

DO NOT BUY FROM CIOCCA. We bought a 2017 Raptor last year, it lasted about 15 months before the engine seized. They gave us $19,100 estimate on a truck we just bought (and just right out of warranty). So now we have a truck we just bought from Ciocca that we can't drive. NO MORALS. They do not care about their customers. Buy somewhere else. I've been buying cars from Ciocca for almost 20 years, they don't care. Not sure if it's new management or what, but there are other dealerships in the area that care about their customers. To Ford: you have my phone number.

Ordered an F350 in April, received it in early July. Anthony helped me through the process, and was extremely helpful answering questions. It was apparent that Anthony and the Ciocca team used every avenue to get me the best price. I shopped two other dealerships before I made the decision to use Ciocca.

Really good place had my kia forte worked on at this place 2 times because of hitting a deer. Recently purchased 2017 f-150 xl, the truck broke down after a bought it and they paid for the service and part.

I walked into the dealership at 4:15pm on a Saturday and received a sincere welcome from Kris. Even though the business closes at 5pm, Kris graciously assured me that time was not a concern. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. All of the staff were friendly, and Kris was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the best vehicle for my needs!

Went to inquire about a jeep which they brought over from a sister store. Unfortunately things did not work out but Chris was amazing and very helpful and honest. We looked into other jeeps that he was very willing to look up for me. Jeremy was also very nice and explained everything very thoroughly which was extremely helpful.

I went to Ciocca to buy a 2024 Ford Maverick, Dane was my salesman and he listened to what exactly I was looking for and did a great job. Although I wasn’t able to drive home that day with my new truck due to a recall that so happened to come in as I was about to sign. Dane did a great job at getting the vehicle done quickly and kept me up to date. I picked up the truck two days later. All in all everyone made buying the truck easy and painless. I recommend Ciocca dealership

When financing with them be very careful and try other places because i almost got ripped off on a 32k truck that i was going to pay 11k in interest after paying truck off. They also said they wouldn't run my credit many times and now i have 23 hard inquires on my credit report.
