Regular sales and service customer of this dealership for years. Have spent over 6 figures in vehicle purchases, not including service. Take my Z/28 in for service yesterday. Service tech tells me that the a/c belt needs replacement and was in correctly installed. I installed it but funny it never blew off , it worked fine. I told them I would handle. I take the car home and find that yes I routed the under a pully instead of above it. Here's the kicker. Me in my driveway putting the nose up on ramps with a 5/8 wrench put the belt back correctly in less than 2 minutes!!?? Now one would think in a business where I spend the amount of money I do for the sake of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE the mechanic who saw the belt problem with a car on a lift would have taken the 30 seconds to put it back properly as a COURTESY. No they left it that way. Answer to this the only thing that matters to Ciocca is $$$$$$. No loyalty here. Take your business elsewhere. Oh and by the way, belt looked serviceable to me no cuts or gouges. Running fine.

Bought a Chevy Equinox RS. Love the car.Ciocca added a market adjustment fee, ok, I saw it and agreed.Ciocca added wheel locks and floor mats, very expensive, guess they add to all their cars, I saw it and agreed.Asked if I wanted my payments taken out every 2 weeks to pay it off quicker. I agreed, they never said it was a third party and that there is an enrollment fee and a fee every payment. What? They snuck it in to have me pay someone else to make my payments out of my account. Cancelled third party after I figured out their fees. Asked Ciocca for a refund of those fees and they said I signed it agreeing to it. I did sign but would not of if I knew.This was very SHADY! The manager said he would get back to me in a couple of days. That was over a week ago, so I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority.I do not mind paying for stuff, but do not sneak stuff in!

Lovely staff, but definitely feel the services and offers were not what they were two years ago. Will be looking elsewhere next car. More service oriented than customer support.

Very nice dealership and very professional sales people! BUT they included wheel locks and Weather Tech floor mats in the price of the car - $895. These items are over priced already on the GM website at $85 for the wheel locks and $220 for the Weather Tech floor mats ($305). Why $895 at Ciocca?You can buy wheel locks at AutoZone for $28.49 and Weather Tech floor mats for $179.00 ($207.49) vs. $895 at Ciocca and they claim that the wheel locks cannot be removed because "their service center already installed them at a 1 hour service charge! I would recommend other dealerships unless they pull this same scam!1st thing I did was remove the Ciocca license plate holder and the wheel locks from a very very nice Chevrolet vehicle!!! The dealership was a blight on the automotive brand.

Agreed to one price with sales, then finance increased it by $4,000. Finance never discussed numbers, they use a matrix to display options. Very much a shell game. If you go here be prepared to review all the loan numbers in detail, they will tack on extras

went today to get inspection and they told me did not pass cause of a tie rod issue. Told the. Car was just worked on by them about 3 months ago when need steering column fixed. At that time said tie Rod was perfect. Now they said its bad. So took it to my regular repair shop right after and my guy looked and said nothings wrong with it at all. These techs get extra money for making you buy part you don't need. Never again will I use them and I called someone that is looking into this issue. Watch your self with this repair center. They will rob you blind and there collision center did the same. Said they fixed front end after accident but now they say never did tie rod but if tire was bent and replaced everything underneath how could you not fix that..waiting to see what they say at the business I called about this issue...

The service team was amazing they found issues with my Silverado and took care of them immediately, they also set up a loaner truck so I wouldn't be without a vehicle. John was very informative and very knowledgeable about the entire process. Update: once your warrantee expires look out, time to take you to the cleaners
