Took truck in for inspection,tire rotation and oil change. I was charged $118.11 for 1 tail light replacement and $72.26 for 1 license plate light.OUTRAGEOUS!!
With tire rotation they are supposed to check air pressure as well and for the second time they failed to do that.
I have bought 2 trucks from them and I will never go back to Ciocca for anything

Went to lease a new Blazer EV. Salesperson was very good. Test drive was very good. Salesman was not pushy at all. He could have been better versed in their EV product.
We went in with a sales promotion for the Blazer EV. The previous dealership we went to, gave a very made up story how the promotion didn't really exist, no one qualifies anyway, and the specific Blazer doesn't really exist. The Ciocca salesman immediately said they would honor the deal.
My next Chevy will be purchased here.

Car service was good. Everything running smoothly. Car battery was dead once I got it back tho. But sales man Josh Monge went beyond expectation by recharging my car. Doing service work. 10/10 place, 10/10 employee!

The service team at Ciocca is knowledgeable and thorough. My 2017 Colorado has received excellent care over the years. The service technicians point out areas of concern and provide recommendations for corrective action.A variety of additional services are available under one roof, including full detailing.

I am very disappointed with the service department. I have brought my vehicle there for maintenance since purchased new in 2022 and was just informed that it failed inspection for brakes/rotors they replaced 6 months ago. Told them my first set lasted 2 years/30K miles and no change in driving habits, but just received a generic response denying responsbility. Enough of a red flag for me to take my business elsewhere.

My experience at Ciocca Chevrolet was amazing. I came in to sell my vehicle and lease a new car. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the process so easy for me. I recommend this location to anyone!

I have owned many makes and models of cars over the years. The Suburban I currently own is my first Chevrolet, bought used from a different dealer. Within a few months, the transmission went on it, so I took it to Ciocca. I wasn't terribly hopeful that my 3rd party warranty would cover anything, but my service advisor Brian Deleon went above and beyond to help. He spent tons of time on the phone with my warranty company, and worked as an advocate for me the customer, when he really could have just washed his hands of the whole thing and let me pay full price. In the end, he was able to work with my warranty company to get almost everything covered. He truly went above and beyond, had great communication keeping me in the loop every step of the way, and had a great sense of humor making our interactions a lot of fun. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team at Ciocca.

In our car search we decided to go to Ciocca! EVERYONE was very pleasant and nobody hassled us to buy! And that made us want to stay with them! Any other dealership you go to? They are right in the parking lot to meet you as soon as you pull up and hassle you to show all kinds of cars and cool things with all these cars. But nobody hassled us at this dealership. I highly recommend people to go there to buy a car, we worked directly with Tyshawn Golden, and he was very sweet. Knowledgeable all around a very pleasant person to work with at a dealership! And we've had our fair share of dealership!! I'll recommend this dealership to anybody any day!
