They found a physical fault on the hard drive and made clear recommendations that were anticipated.We ended up replacing the PC and they were able to recover and load those files.We were running on a new platform within 4 days.For those without the technical knowledge, the membership is well worth the cost. “Very nice gentleman helped us, we took our broken carpet cleaner here and he performed warranty work on it. It was returned faster than anticipated and cleaner than dropped off. Also has a great selection of vacuums/carpet cleaners/shampoos etc”
