I bought a freezer here 2 years ago. It was a good price and has worked well.But recently had a problem with a stove from Home Depot. (Home Depot wasn't helpful).I determined what part I needed and stopped in for Lowmaster to order it. They took 10 minutes to find it, it only came as part of a larger $99 subassembly. However they suggested a way I could fix the problem myself for no charge. Their suggestion worked - it took me 2 minutes! They gave me free repair advice rather than sell me a $99 part. A big thank you.

Lowmaster & Warden Appliances carries top brands and provides lifetime service for appliances purchased from their store. Expect to pay list prices, but the benefits of purchasing appliances from them include the free lifetime service (labor only, parts are extra), free delivery (within their local area), free setup, etc. With their free delivery, they also inspect the appliances before delivery to make sure there is no damage. If you're shopping based on price only, then this may not be the store for you. But, if you are looking for an appliance dealer that offers more than just a discounted price and services what they sell, Lowmaster & Warden is well worth checking out.

Our refrigerator just quit working.We called and a service man came quickly.It could not be repaired in house. They brought me a very nice, clean loaner the next day and returned my repaired( at a reasonable price) in two days. They worked with our schedule to get us back to normal with little inconvenience.You can't ask for more. Stuff happens but when a company handles it that is a company to patronize!

I needed a dishwasher now ours broke. Because of covid ect. Hard to find. But found the one we wanted here. The store is great. The people are kind and very dedicated to customer care. Bought it and are truly happy for God helping us to find it and these wonderful people there even though i had to travel 50 miles to do it. Worth the distance. So blessed.

Great local appliance store. Friendly, helpful folks who go above and beyond. Bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher and it was installed in less than 24 hours!!! Amazing selection of major appliances with lifetime service on everything they sell. Will never buy appliances anywhere else. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend this retailer.

Had a new fridge delivered today. Guys came exactly the time they told me they would hooked up the ice maker brought new fridge in took old one in garage all for one money. Thanks to Billy and John for hooking the ice maker and cutting my cabinet so fridge fits and the excellent delivery guys. They were even nice to my dog which is very important. Love these people!!!

My dryer broke and wanted to fix it myself. I looked up on YouTube how to do it and called Lowmaster and Warren to see if they had the parts. The person I spoke with said that they had the part and even explained to me what I needed to do. He was so pleasant and helpful. GREAT JOB!!!
