I highly recommend this company. I have a few canoes and kayaks on a lake in Northern NY, the weather is tough. This was my first attempt to wrap the exterior storage rack . “I have used them for years and I highly recommend them. They're very very good helpful. They will pack your package for you and just very helpful with some things that was difficult to return when I was trying to send a return and that they have their email there and you're trying to get it to come through sometime that difficult so I would recommend if you have anything like that. Also email your own email, so you know when it comes through, then go because if you go there ahead of time- I think something about the building-- it doesn't always come through that way at first ---you have to give it more time!! they have been in business many years and they have great experience, and the owner is from Springfield and grew up here!!”

They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time.
