We have been taking our little yorkie here for years and she always does a great job and is very nice. We go out of our way to come here since we moved a few years ago, but we trust her and woukdnt want to switch. Five stars!

I stopped by this place to make an appointment for my dog Tyson. The woman told me she was not accepting any new customers. So why be open for business. I hope it wasn't because I'm black. She was rude and nasty and wouldn't trust her to take out my garbage.

Horrible! The woman who works there said that they don't clean pit bulls!! Are you kidding me! That's disgusting and rude to say!!!! My 2 year old puppy is the sweetest dog and they won't even consider him because he is a PIT BULL. I hope they lose a ton of business! Ughhh can not believe that!

Poochies is the best! We have a little 4 pound teacup yorkie so we're very particular about and he absolutely loves going to Poochies. They make Gizmo smell SOOOO good- the smell literally lasts over a week it's amazing. The stylists there specialize in little dogs it's definitely the place to go for 25 pound and smaller pups. And you can look forward to getting new little bows for your pup each time you visit! Also they have a whole treat bar that's amazing as well. All of them are great!

They did a wonderful job with our little yorkie mix, we are very happy with her cut and the service in general. Our dog is typically a bit anxious away from home but we felt like they did a great job taking care of her. I don't plan on taking Ellie anywhere else!Thank you!

i don’t like to write bad reviews on local businesses, but i am very frustrated. i have not heard such great things about this place, but i decided to try them out anyway & scheduled an appointment over a week ago. when i called, she asked how big & i said 25 pounds (he’s mostly fluff because he’s a pomsky). we bring him there & she instantly looks at him and says “ohhh i can’t groom him. he’s too big.” when scheduling an appointment with someone, the person confirming should make it very clear that they do not groom dogs bigger than a certain weight. otherwise, i would not have wasted my time scheduling my dog to come here, physically bring my dog here, & then scramble to try to find someone else who will take him same day. poor communication.

I have gone to Pucci's for about 25 years. I went to them when they were on Welcome Avenue, in Norwood. I believe I was one of their first customers when they moved from Philadelphia. I have taken my dogs there all these years and have never been disappointed once! Carol is a caring loving person who takes great pride in her work. Her staff is wonderful she has a great selection of clothing bones Etc. My two little puppies are Yorkie and Shih Tzu and Yorkie and Bichon she did a fabulous job would recommend her highly. Thank you Carol for always doing an exceptional job on my babies. You are the best! Kathy

I have been dealing with Poochies for years this is a wonderful establishment. I have two tiny divas who don’t even know there really dogs. Carol and her staff understand there very spoiled and know they are treated like babies at home. Carol also spoils them when there in her care she hugs and kisses them. They always come back perfect. She does a wonderful job. I never have to worry when I pick them up because I know they will look fabulous. Carol thank you always doing a wonderful job !!Also she has a wonderful Selection of bows and nails polish for all the gals.

I did not like that my yorkie was cut bald at the top of her head.I let Carol the owner know not to cut her ponytail n she cut it anyway.When I made Carol know n I sent her pictures of the top of my dog head...Carol didnt even bother by giving me at least some or all my money back.I will never recommend Poochies to anyone.

The absolute worst. Many of these reviews have been contrived by friends or family. This woman is rude and obnoxious, and when she gets bad reviews (which is the right of any consumer that is paying for a service with her) she replies taking jabs at pet owners and even dogs! My dog has a wonderful demeanor- so he is fine with any groomer, however- his cut with Poochies is average. I have used Poochies only because my mother had for 20 years or more. Each time, the owner's attitude seems worse. And according to her- if you do not go there every 6 weeks- you are not a "real customer" or not contributing to her "bread and butter". The price is high for the average quality, and the attitude from Carol is not worth the aggravation. She is a terrible business person, can't process checks, and she demeans you verbally when you have a question or a gripe. My dog's new groomer is closer to home, he looks amazing, and I do not have to pay for an attitude. Win win to not go to Poochies. ZERO STARS.

I moved from Philly to Delco and was never able to make an appointment for years. Was recommended by someone who also had a Shih Tzu and loved that it is convenient to my home. Since Covid I know they are not taking any new clients but was at least hoping to get on a waitlist for my little girl. Never receive a callback.

I love Poochies!! I have been taking my fur baby Pumpkin here for years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. First it is absolutely spotless and so tidy. There are many things to buy inside too like leaches, collars, clothes and grooming supplies. Carole the owner is amazing and her work is excellent. The prices are very reasonable and my baby always looks his best when he is done. I highly recommend Poochies ..
