I ordered Torque Shrink wrap brand from this company for and they sent me a brand called Memory Wrap. I then contacted them to let them know I had received the wrong item, they created a case for the issue and then closed my case the next day without responding back to me. I made several calls and spoke to different representatives and got nowhere with this company. They charged me over a hundred dollars for two boxes of shrink wrap that only costs about $20.00 a case. The shrink wrap is not a strong brand and anytime you put a little tension on it, it tears. I run a moving company and I explained to them why I wanted the Torque Brand. They assured me that the would handle the problem and never did. I got a run around for almost a week after finally giving up. If you don’t want to be scammed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

These guys were awesome! I pulled up to the shop just at closing and they opened up, got my order, spent time to make sure I understood everything and even gave me a personal cell phone in case I had any questions of concerns over the weekend (Thanks Fred!) I highly recommend this company. I have a few canoes and kayaks on a lake in Northern NY, the weather is tough. This was my first attempt to wrap the exterior storage rack . If I bought this online, I would have made several costly mistakes. Mr. Shrinkwrap's advice was invaluable. Thanks guys!

This 1-star rating is submitted on behalf of Emmett Doherty at Heights Crating Co.:5-4-22, I received 3 rolls 10mil 20’x100’, 2 rolls 10mil 40’x100’, value $2,499.26 (plus an additional $362.24 for S & H).Each roll of the 20’x100’ wrap was short: 1 pc 20’x83’, 1pc 20’x85’, 1pc 20’x87’. That’s a total shortage of 45’! These short remnants offered us no utility at all.I placed 3 phone calls to a manager, Bill Wetzel. He never attempted to contact me to resolve the matter. Mr. Shrinkwrap is an OK supplier until there is a problem, then they will make no effort to remedy it.I think that Mr. Shrinkwrap orders the plastic short count, as an angle to take more profit. I will never make another purchase from them. Further, I will always warn my friends of the issue I had with Mr. Shrinkwrap.

I rented an extension and heat gun from this place. Extension was sent bit no gun. When I called they tell me the guns on back order. Had the website been core t I would have went somewhere else. Customer service advised they would send a shipping label to return the extension. Waited a month with no label sent. Lost 50 dollars for their screw up. Probably not renting or buying from them again.

Placed an order on the 17th of October my receipt said my Order would be delivered by the 22nd. 22nd came and went, I never received a tracking number or anything about my order shipping out. I had to wait till the 25th to get ahold of them and sent an email on the 25th asking what was up with my order and what my tracking number was so I could figure out where my order was and how far it was from being delivered. As I had customers patiently waiting at this time and starting to stack up because of missed install appointments etc. All I got in return from mr. Shrinkwrap was an email telling me my order shipped out the 25th and my order number and tracking number. Then I got an email from ups telling me it would be delivered Thursday the 28th. That wasn't going to exactly work for me at the time as there was rain Thursday n Friday followed by snow on Saturday on the weather so I sent an email saying I would need to cancel the order and refund my card rather then ship it out at that point in time. All I got was an email from ups telling me my order would be delivered the 29th rather then the 28th. That's when I got upset and irritated with there lack of communication skills. The only option I had left was to refuse the package with a note for the driver telling him my order number and where it came from. So I placed a note on my front door where they always leave my packages on Friday morning the 29th. For whatever reason the delivery driver decided to walk around my house and place the package by my back door which has never happened before and leaves. Now I'm very very irritated I have to ship it back now. Only part of my order showed up no shrink wrap came. Only a heat gun and accessories got delivered. Now I had to wait until Monday November 1st before I could talk to anyone about getting this order issue resolved. Sending the stuff they shipped to me and figuring out why they only shipped part of my order or if ups lost part of it, I really had no clue what was going on as mr. shrink wrap has been anything but willing to communicate any information about my order to me unless I pry it out of them. I send an email friday evening send another two emails Monday morning and afternoon with no response at all in any way from them finally I decide to call before they close and try to ask the employee what is going on here and if they shipped the rest of my order or if ups lost it or what was going on and yes I was very very frustrated at this point. he responds with it looks like you were going to refuse the package etc so you didn't do that now you say? And well as I described before I tried. I did exactly what I was instructed to do to refuse the package and the delivery driver put my package in a completely different spot and didn't see the note I left for him and left it. that was besides my point as I was still needing to know where the rest of this order was so I could return it all now and get my $950 back onto my card. after more questions and me getting more confused about what happened he finally tells me the truth and answers all questions with ease telling me "oh we're out of stock on that roll of shrink wrap you ordered. Our website isn't exactly accurate with what's in stock". I was blown away. Ive been trying to figure out what is up with my order sense the 22nd and it's now the 1st of November and your just now deciding to tell me you've been out of stock this whole time as well as know your website is not at all accurate as well as allows customers to place orders and then sends them a receipt for there order with the promise that your order will be at your house by a specific date even though there's a good chance they are out of stock of one or more items and don't know when they will get more. And that's normal? So now I'm expected to pay out of pocket to ship this stuff back to them and subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as already paid $60 to have my original order shipped that only part of got shipped they don't p

Let down cant trust there website. Will tell you item is in stock collect your money give you a false shipping date , Then you have to call to find out that the item is not in stock they don't have the curtesy to reach out and let you know. Huge waste of time the are not reliable or dependable!

Had to order multiple rolls of heavy duty industrial wrap for a major equipment move for work. The gentleman who called about shipping was phenomenal and I have to say I am extremely pleased by the customer service!!!
