My kit was damaged and missing everything but the shrink wrap during shipping. Online chat with Lisa sent her photos and she said she will call or email me shortly. Sent a message yesterday asking for a status update.. Its been 2 days & I still haven't heard anything. Really starting to regret my purchase....

This used to be a reliable company. But after sending in an order on the 25th, and getting a 'shipment' notification the same day, we went out of town expecting the order to be delivered while we were away. Now 12 days later, nothing, and when I check the shipping information it's not even been shipped!!!! Very disappointing. I'll update this review when I understand what's happening.
