All have been nice and worked with my parents if any issue arose-change of due date or rate, things like that. The only downside is that the manager is in this office on Wednesdays but will answer phone/messages anytime. If you stop in, you may get to see the cutest employee ??”

“Great customer service!! I was able to get my UPACK delivered on time. The process was very simple. I usually haul my own household goods. But, I wanted to try to use a carrier. I compared prices and the time it would take before I received it. My household goods arrived earlier than expected and enabled me to get moved in my new home the next day. Despite the cost, it was well worth it! I wasn't rushed to unpack and had more than enough time to get everything unloaded. The best thing was not having to pay until the household goods were ready to ship out to my home. If I had to, I would do it all over again.”

The process of getting a unit and then moving out of a unit was great! Just the app didn't let me upload photos so had to go to the office to complete the move out process.”
“As always, rental experience five star overall. That being said, I have never encountered a Penske staff member that ignored me like Brett on first shift did. I'm not trying to be Petty or anything, but I attempted to be courteous multiple times to the gentleman and he ignored me blatantly and repeatedly. Other than that five star as always....EDIT: It is now late in the day of my original post; in recognition of Management's response (and also time having cooled me on the encounter), I will change my review to five stars. Because Penske, overall, IS consistently five star in my experience. Thank you all for your time. Good day....”
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This contractor was suggested to me by a friend of a friend and I couldn’t be happier that I went with their suggestions. The reviews that proceed mine are all accurate. Ben and his team were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
They were always on time, made my home cleaner than when they arrived after finishing for the day, and always explained everything in detail if I had any questions.
With any home improvement project, you can expect some changes or speed bumps along the way. With them working on a home built in the 1950s, the job I asked them to do was no exception and they always had a solution for every issue that showed itself during the project.
Very professional in person crew and office personnel. Any issues or concerns you may have, the folks in the office will handle and they are prompt with email responses.

Everyone working here has been super nice; for example, I forgot to turn off auto-pay at the very end of the lease and they saved the check for me, called me about it, and allowed me to pick up the non-cashed check at my convenience. “If you are looking for a piano mover, I highly recommend Duffy. I got several quotes to to move my childhood baby grand from my parents' house in South Jersey to my home in Delco. They weren't the cheapest, but their reviews were far better than the two others I considered. I was willing to pay more to ensure my piano was well cared for. The scheduling was easy and the Kerri was very friendly. The moving men were very friendly and professional. My parents called me after they picked up the piano and raved about them, which my parents rarely do. We experienced a very similar experience on our side. They are efficient and even provided some tips on how to clean off the piano and local piano tuners.
The 4.9 rating is the real deal. Look no further if you're looking for a great experience.”
