“It’s less than 20 degrees outside and my car wouldn’t start. I went to Autozone and Brandon was incredibly helpful in the troubleshooting the issue and very knowledgable! Poor guy was probably freezing as he tested my battery. Then afterwards he helped me find a good replaced and installed it! Also in the freezing cold! He was extremely nice and personable. Did not have transportation and the manager and his team stepped up huge and delivered the stuff to the convention center for me. Even with the inclement weather and cold they got it done. Great customer service. Highly recommend utilizing these guys again.”

“Who hits a turkey vulture? ME!I called him to see if he was available to take my car for repair, (never met him, never used him) he was very courteous, and told me he’d order my parts that day and as soon as they came in (2days) to bring the car down. It was done in 2 days, and a great job!I whispered to his employee to take her time, bc my rental happened to be a Mini Cooper! Which by the way, is a very cool ride!! But, it only took 2 days and it looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Guy and his employees, they know what they are doing and the customer service is OUTSTANDING! He returns calls, and is honestly very aware of what his customers want! Like I said, OUTSTANDING! “My previous body shop closed and I was frantic when my SUV needed repairs after it was hit while parked in a downtown garage. My insurance company suggested Centerline and after reading the reviews, I had them schedule me for an estimate. I was shocked when I learned that the tech, Tyler, performing the inspection would also be responsible for repairs. You don't get that kind of knowledge from the dealerships or the "chain" shops!During the inspection, Joe also came out to take a look at my SUV. I expressed how irritating it was that the sensor on my back bumper was continuously beeping like I was going to run over an entire playground of preschoolers ever since my vehicle was hit. Joe, being from a Toyota loving family as well, got down on the GRAVEL and was able to pop out the sensor so I didn't have to get driven insane while I was waiting for my repair appointment!Seriously, these guys are amazing. From Mandy at the front desk being so upbeat and ready to chat when I walked in the door to the day I picked up my truck - Tyler offered to stay a few minutes so I could pick up my baby same day - this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with vehicle repairs.Tell your friends! I know I did.”

“The guy behind the counter was extremely nice. My battery had to be jumped daily to even start so I went there to get it charged and hoped that would help, but he instead wanted to test my battery and found out I was missing an ion (I think?) and this was the first time out of MANY PLACES that told me something was wrong. He also wanted to test my alternator too (which I never knew you could do) and that turned out to be okay. So I bought a new battery and he took off $10 and gave me the 10% discount so all around he was awesome and took care of me very well!”
