This place horrible I got into small accident and I been calling to hear any update about my car and they haven’t even started fixing it yet . And when I ask how long it is going take the lady front desk kept giving me the idk answer. And now when I call they don’t even pick up god damn phone. Like what is going on

Rude and disrespectful my fiance has stated none stop she needs her phone for all info they wanted they told her the night we rolled she could get her phone AFTER they flipped it back over that she could get it (she's in home health care so she needs it for work) the min it's flipped 'were on a highway you have to wait to get it'Waited for a car for 3 days finally my fiance called back just to get rude statements about yelling in her everyday voice wouldn't answer her question about getting her phone that's still in the car along with her wallet just kept saying about insurance info she repeated 'all info you need is on my phone in the car and if anything is missing you will be sued' the person she talked to hung up the phone on her then she called back 'can I get my phone? We need the insurance info' fiance again repeated the same statementwas asked 'what is your phone number?' fiance states 'how should I know what my fiance number is it's programed into my phone which is in the car and along all info you need how hard is it to tell me if I can or can't get my phone?' the person hung up after saying 'call back in 30 mins'It's been 30 mins here's what happen she refuse to let fiance get her phone after she was told Friday she could get itDONT DO ANYTHING HERE
