This is the worst post office for delivery service that I have ever seen. I live at Frieden Manor Schuylkill Haven. I have already experienced my mail being put in the wrong box 3 times. Once was a package. Of course whoever got the package is a dishonest person and a low life because it wss not returned to me.But the carrier didn't even say sorry. Someone needs to take responsibility for this kind of mistake. The postal service has really changed for the worst.
They have anybody delivering mail now. It's really scary.

Made an appointment to submit a first time passport application. Barb handled everything for me. Checked my info, took my picture and looked through each line of my application for possible errors. She also informed me of everything I needed to know about the process and time frames. Highly recommend Pottsville Post Office.

They said that they brought my package to my mail box. My mailbox has a lock on it. I believe they delivered it to the wrong mailbox. They are trying to say it was stolen but it has a lock on it. They said they would check if it got put in th wrong mailbox but they haven't came yet. They are closing soon and they were supposed to come today.

Received an empty box today 6/6/2023. Contacted ups and the company my banner was ordered from to confirm shipment. Someone either in the Pottsville or cressona post office is stealing my mail and now a package? Filed a claim for lost and stolen mail in Feb 2023 and STILL have not heard anything back. Next will be criminal charges.

USPS failed to deliver the package to the recipient. The tracking showed that the package was being stored at this USPS location and available for pickup. When the recipient went to pick up the package, Pottsville USPS said they couldn't find it.

Just want to give the Pottsville Post Office 5 stars on their Passport Services! Very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend over Hamburg Post Office any day!

The workers took on the extra duties of taking care of the mail from Seltzer when our post master was ill. They did not complain, it was just business as usual.Seltzer is not a large town, but it is a burden on top of the work they already have. They always make you feel welcome.
