Stop charging 3.5% for customers to use a credit card. It is 2024 and credit cards are the most common form of payment. People can’t afford to live as it is without all these nonsensical fees. At least build it into your prices. Woman working was very helpful. For the amount of people coming in, she should not be working alone. There are 4 windows and 1 person working.

Professional and helpful, and gave me very accurate information. All of the issues I had registering my car stem from dealer mistakes. This agency was very helpful getting it straightened out. It's a shame they can't use checks that can be deposited through a banking app though. Very frustrating.

The woman that was working in the office today was rude as hell. It was 4:15 pm they close at 5 pm and she was telling people she couldn't see them today and let everyone know just how much she didn't want to be there and waiting on them. She turned me away and refused to do what the DMV instructed me to do. I know my family nor I will ever step foot in there again.

Very rude when I stopped by at 10 am and their sign said they were closed ( hours were 9 am to 6 pm)but they were all standing inside. I went to my car and called them hoping someone would answer and clear up the closed confusion and nobody did.

My experience with the Yurconic Agency, specifically Brenda L, was nothing short of amazing. Her energy and willingness to help me was a breath of fresh air. The process of signing my out of state vehicle over was such a head ache. I went to numerous other business who were beyond rude. The process was done correctly and She was just so kind. I HIGHLY recommend.

My experience at John yurconic agency was anything but a good experience. The lady in the Pottsville office was rude and refused to help me. I stopped to do a title transfer at 5:15. The office is open till 6 so not sure why we were rushed out the door. When I explained to her I was getting a photo of my insurance sent to me for the transfer she refused to wait and began to do a title only transfer which cost me 157.00. I was not even sure what she was doing and after I left I found out she could have just notarized the title and it would have been 5.00 and I could have come back another day. However I will not return and do any business and will make sure I tell my experience to anyone who will listen. I will do my business in Harrisburg and be sure to tell the folks at penndot how business is being done or shall I say not done at John yurconic. Don’t waist your time or money and do yourself the favor to go to a different notary. This place is a rip off besides a miserable experience

I know y'all aren't here for a story but a little background 1st.. A nearly 2 year battle with PA DMV ended in a few minutes.. The agents were superb in getting me the info to end this nonsense..thanks to you (YURCONIC) both of you are angels..
