I picked up my Ford Maverick hybrid from Sands Ford after a 407 day wait. That was not their fault. They were great about communicating with me throughout that wait. Once the truck came in. The process for pick up was smooth and pretty quick. I want to give a personal thank you to Paul and Craig for their outstanding customer service. Sands is my Ford go to from now on!

The service department really sucks, If you need service done I would recommend taking it somewhere else if you can. If I would have know now back when I purchased my vehicle at sandsford that they have a really bad service department I would not have purchased my vehicle there. There is no communication ( you will constantly need to call them to find out what is going on with your car) and be warned you might not get a straight answer, they don't keep appointments, they overcharge on alot of services, and in my case they kept my car for 2weeks after pulling a code and did nothing to fix it. Then charged me a woping 150 dollars for just pulling and code and driving it around in which they didn't explain this price point before running a diagnostic. Now my car is still not fixed and have to take it somewhere else, or wait for it to break completely or get rid of this vehicle. Very frustrating experience!

Best dealership to buy a car from! From start to finish this process was easy and hassle free. I will be referring all my family and friends here! Made an appointment on 6/19 for 9:30am to see a Tundra, after driving an hour to get there I was informed that the Tundra was sold the day before. They didn't e-mail until 9:25 that day to inform me. IT appears they either waited for the other deal to be confirmed prior to letting me know or they dropped the ball on my notification, either way this is NOT a professional way to conduct business. I would stay clear of this very incompetent dealership...

Buying a car can be a stressful experience and, although the outcome can be fabulous, the process can be exhausting. Never having bought from Sands, I had no prior knowledge of the way they ran their dealership. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by Codey and it was the best experience from there! Codey is hands down the most knowledgeable salesperson we have ever dealt with. He knew absolutely everything about not only the car we were interested in, but about every car on the lot. He made a point of telling us that we would be dealing with not only himself, but 2 other employees who each specialize in a certain area. After we took a test drive with Codey, we came back and said we’d like to run the numbers. At that point, we were introduced to Larry, who ran the numbers and had a “no pressure approach,” which we appreciated! We thought the numbers looked great, so we went through with the purchase of a used Ford Escape! Larry and Paul worked together to continue the seamless process. They even stayed past quitting time and helped us drive the car off the lot that night! Since the car hadn’t been detailed, Codey said he’d call me the next day and get that set up and he was true to his word! We got it scheduled and Codey made sure it was a day he’d be there so he could continue to go over some things with me and ensure I was comfortable with the car.If you’re looking for a new or used car and don’t want to feel pressured, I highly recommend Sands Ford of Pottsville!

Sands Ford has a different way of doing business. Their team approach is welcoming, friendly, and we never felt pressured at all. The entire process was absolutely transparent- at no time did we sense any kind of sneaky sales tactics or hidden agendas. This was the second vehicle we purchased from Sands in the last 2 years, and we will gladly make the drive to go back again when we need another!

Bought my son a 2015 Nissan murano. The sales lady tori was great. Everyone else that was in the process was too. The only complaint is who ever did the inspection on it didn't know what to look for. The right rear shock was leaking and was bad. The front brakes and calipers had issues. And one of the front vents in the car needs to be fixed. The shop replaced the rear shock and machined down the rotors. Still waiting on the vent parts to come in. Would of been 5 stars if it was for the poor inspection.
