Awesome management! The management of this dealership is genuinely there to help you. Wish I could have given the dealership 5 stars. But having to contact them 5 to 7 times before getting the answers to questions I had about a vehicle was a bit too much. On top of it, because it took so long to get the answers, I lost out on the vehicle. But the way management gets involved to help you and look out for your needs impressed me enough to look their way in the future for future vehicle purchases.

We have enjoyed excellent, professional, service from Sands Ford since we bought our first car there. We recently had the 100k service done on our 2019 Escape. Like our previous experiences this one was just as good. Rich, the service advisor is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Sands Ford for their professional service.

This past Monday my wife and I picked up our new F150 Hybrid from Sands. The whole experience was excellent. From the time we walked through the door to the purchase everyone was professional and courteous. They gave us a good deal that we thought covered all the bases. So shoutout to Tori, Tall Paul and Vince the A-Team. Definitely worth purchasing your next vehicle from them.
