Staff is always very friendly. I feel they are honest and upfront with needed repairs and costs. On my last visit I had specific instructions and wanted my brake fluid checked. I got my car back and the check brake fluid warning was still showing. I called to make sure the brake fluid was checked and was told to stop in again and it would be checked. I felt that the technician should have been asked if they checked the brake fluid. I told them I could reset the warning on the car if it was checked. I was told again to stop in. My schedule doesn’t allow for me to do things twice. That was an inconvenience.

Wonderful business, my tire alert light was on, went to Ken’s, took me as a walk in, all my tires just needed air.. and didn’t charge me.. they will get all my tire business..

Ken’s tire asked me to leave a review. About a month ago I just bought an SUV off marketplace and experienced a really bad coolant leak. Ken’s tire in Pottsville was the most convenient so I had it towed. The culprit was a faulty coolant fan. Fixed the leak but my vehicle was still overheating. I took my SUV to another mechanic for a second opinion. The water pump was defective and there was no thermostat, either one should have been caught when dealing with a coolant issue. I’m a little disappointed because I paid Ken’s tire for work done on the vehicle, however the technician didn’t really bother to look to see if there was another other issues that could prevent my vehicle from running hot.

Very professional and accommodating. I was told by the man who answered the phone to come to the shop even though they were closing in 1/2 hour. I needed a tire repair last minute on a Saturday. I have always used Ken's for my tires and definitely recommend them.

Ken's Tires will always be my first call when I need anything for my vehicle. Everyone from the mechanics to the person answering the phone are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Honest and friendly, they won't overcharge you or try to talk you into getting unnecessary repairs!!!

I second what many of the other reviews are saying. We always call Ken's Tires when something needs fixed after getting screwed over by dealerships and other mechanics. Everyone here is so helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Couldn't recommend them enough!
