What a relief to find this place after the HORRIBLE experience I had at Tire Choice (looking at you, Warren). Everyone here was courteous + professional (esp Johnny, who was SO nice), and my inspection appointment was honored in a timely fashion. They let me know about a couple of things I will want to to do in the future, but didn't try to sell me on doing it there and then, which I appreciate. They seem really honest. Also the inspection cost about 1/3 of what I paid at Tire Choice, so this is my mechanic going forward. Highly recommend!

I have had issues the last 3 times I have been there. The first time they charged 70 dollars for brake you can get for 40 (Napa) The second time they said I needed brakes so I put them on myself took it back 3 days later then they said I needed rotors the 3rd time I made an appointment when I got there they wouldn’t inspect my 4 wheel drive jeep because it was snowing and they wouldn’t road test it. Wouldn’t drive a 4 by 4 in there parking lot. If you need tires they are ok any thing else go somewhere else. I am not going back

Recently went in for a wheel issue and it was solved quickly! Assistant manager John explained possible issues and was very nice, and professional. Will be coming here again in the future.

Johnny is the man!!! I came here because every other shop tried to charge me $45+ to read an ABS code on my dodge charger. Johnny came out, and not only did he read my codes but he cleared all my stored codes too and didn’t charge me a dime. If only all shops could be this helpful! Thank you Johnny, this man deserves a raise!

The plastic cover under my car was broken and falling down. Not only was it fixed perfectly but they said there was no charge. This tells me they are a very honest business not trying to get every last cent from customers. Thank you! I will come back in the future if I need work done.

They took my Silverado right in a tried to fix the problem. After a closer look, tire was beyond repair. They put spare on right away. Great service!!!

Had to have all 4 tires and brakes replaced plus an oil change they did it extremely fast I'm talking like 5 hours fast for a very reasonable price will definitely be taking my car there again

Sick and tired of phone tag, cancelled appointments and shady garages? Here’s your solution!I take all my vehicles here. Jon and Sean were super helpful and worked with me to get the best possible price. For the amount of work that my truck needed, the crew there were able to get it all done within a day. Discovered a nail in my tire leaving Pottsville after visiting my daughter for the weekend. The guys at Jack Williams could not have been nicer. Fixed the tire within the hour. Jack Williams is clean. Employees friendly and helpful.

I needed to get my truck inspected. It's hard in this world today being a woman and making it on your own. You try to thrive everyday and do the best you can. I wasn't sure how much more work my truck needed to pass inspection. It needed more than I thought. Over the years no other garage would tell me anything was wrong with my truck. Incredible service! John took great care of us. We were on travel and far from home. Jack Williams saved the weekend with the excellent service and being open 7 days week. We needed them on Sunday morning!

Helped me out with an emergency blow out on my camper. Bought 4 tires and was out the door in less than half hour. This was at the end of the day. And the day before a holiday. Only draw back was one tire was not fully inflated. Manager was super helpful and gave us some great advice on tires and tire care. Staff was great, they were on the job in minutes after our arrival and even loaded the repaired tires in my truck when done. Thank you all very much.
