There is a heavy set lady at this location that is super rude she seems miserable and treats customers bad she doesn't acknowledge BLACK CUSTOMERS SPECIFICALLY or they have to wait until she feels like talking to them and she has an attitude and she is usually working alone which I understand being overwhelmed but you chose this job don't give me attitude and she makes the experience terrible not to mention your gonna be in line for a long time because it's one cashier at the register and then they half way wanna watch you shop to see if you stealing AND THATS TRULY UNFAIR AND NOT RIGHT

Rude people. That one lady heavy built, dark hair w/ glasses I don’t know what her problem is with me. Everything I’m there she give me attitude and I don’t even speak to her. I’ll just stay away because my hand itching to slap her. I don’t appreciate the disrespect especially in front on my children, even they notice how she act.

Stopped here for a gift card wow... Was broad daylight but scary. The people in the area hanging and loitering around was very unnerving. I would never stop here again might as well been center city philly. Plus store was messy and dirty.

Absolutely pathetic. 9 AM, parking lot cleared of snow, still closed, not a single employee around. People were waiting outside. Get your lazy act together!

Seems like the job description here is to be as rude, aggressive and unpleasant as possible.It is also neither clean,organized or tidy.

Went here in early and mid 2021. Very bad customer service. 3 of the people who were working there which if I had to guess were women in there 50s and 60s had some of the worst attitudes I have ever seen and they had no issues gossiping and complaining right in front of customers. Place was dirty and just a bad vibe in general. I would rather shop online then go to this place I actually walked out and didn't bother buying anything and didn't visit again for many months!Went back here in August of 2022. I didn't see these ladies anywhere and I saw new employees. Not sure if someone went to corporate and told them about this place or they just were fired or left but in any way I'm glad they are not here anymore.. Of course it could be a fluke but the place does seem to be in better working condition so my guess is they are no longer here!I don't know who hired the ladies who made the place so awful to visit but because clearly someone did I have to rate this place 1 star. Don't get me wrong I'm glad it's in better working condition and more inviting to come in and shop, there is still no excuse why the ladies acted so badly for so long. They had to be at that location for at least a year if not more. I was shocked seeing people that old act so petty and ugly!

It states the store closes at 9 sowhy was it closed before 8:30? and then a grown woman says she's going to call the police on children because they tried to walk in thinking the store was still open.
