Bob Weaver Auto Service Department is Outstanding! I was treated very-well, price was very reasonable, the Service Technician Nick Smith did a great job with my Encore GX and Jason Barnhardt kept me well-informed. The customer lounge was quite comfortable and Katie was very polite and friendly! I can't ask for anything better as far as the customer service experience goes!

Very great experience today the customer service was great from everyone it was very friendly and welcoming. They even feed us some delicious BBQ food . I would recommended anyone looking to buy car car stop by here at Bob weavers the service is great cars are great and the food was great although I can't promise you'll get food as well but it was such a great gesture and shows how much this company values there customers and employees

Bob Weaver's dealership is THE place to buy a vehicle. Sales Associate John DiBlasi was the best salesman that I have dealt with. He patiently answered all my questions and there were many. He did not pressure me at all to make a purchase. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. They made the purchase of my new car a very easy and pleasant experience. I know they will continue to take care of my vehicle for the time that I own it. Thank you!

Had a true hassle-free buying experience working with Harrison on a new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. I got a phenomenal deal on the truck, we handled what we could over the phone, and I was driving my new truck off the lot within 90 minutes of arriving at the dealer. Would recommend buying from Bob Weaver!

Scheduled an appointment for repairs on my vehicle. Called the next day to get a status. Was informed my vehicle was in an “accident” in their parking lot. I was informed my vehicle was going to be repaired the following day. The following day comes, no calls or texts about the status. I called to find out what’s going on when I was informed it wouldn’t be until EOW. Only on the second day, I was provided photos of what occurred. Extremely lack of communication and integrity on behalf of Bob Weavers staff. I was given a rental for free (the least they could do given the situation). I was given a 2015 Chrysler 200 that is not even comparable to a 2023 GMC Sierra. Who knows if I needed a truck for work purposes. I was given an extremely minimal discount on my original repairs and was out of my own personal vehicle for a week due to their fault.

This dealership treats women right - from my 1st visit to recent oil/inspection I was treated fairly, (never asked about husband to okay sale) independently and I love the use of Buick app to start car, arrange service and the service staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Thanks staff!

DO NOT order any parts online from this business. I ordered a vehicle specific part and the wrong one was sent. I notified them of incorrect part, they wanted me to ship back (I would pay shipping $35, I already paid the original $35 shipping cost). And on top of that, they were deducting a 35% restock fee for an incorrect part they sent me. Just great customer service for an error on their part.

As soon as I stepped inside and heard the faith-affirming music piped throughout the building I knew I had made the right decision to drive five hours from out of state for my next vehicle. The process was smooth and I was on the road in about an hour. Very pleased with the process and the product.
