“While the outlets are great and we got some great deals the advertised open and close times on the website do not apply to all stores. We arrived just after opening and many stores were still closed and would be until noon! They should put individual business hours on the website or at least put a note to check with individual retailers!”

As with most outlet stores, variety can be somewhat limited but they had great sales and the staff was very helpful as we navigated the stock and deals available. “This Old Navy is located in the Limerick Outlets. While I have a few Old Navy's that are closer to my house, I still stop in this one when I am shopping at the Limerick Outlets (which tend to be a few times a year). As with any Old Navy, I love the clothing and selection they have and I always seem to find something neat. This Old Navy is a great store and I always enjoy my visits to it.”

“Claudia helped me find a perfect pair of sneakers and was so helpful. So was the other lady associate. I was happy to use my Kohl's cash which you can use on name brands just not coupons. I continued to shop and found other items I needed. At checkout, I appreciate her help with my App in my phone to find and use my Kohl's cash. Wonderful experience!”

“Since there’s a pandemic going on, and everything was closed, I had ordered a few things online I would need to return to work. Sadly, when I got my order everything was two sizes too big. I called all of my local Ann Taylor’s and sadly none of them were open for exchanges and in store shopping. Due back to work that day with nothing to wear, I called the factory store, and thankfully they were open for in store shopping! Since everything I ordered was an “online exclusive” needing exchange, I knew I’d need something TODAY. This location is an hour away from me, however I was determined to get what I needed for work. On my way there I realized I’d be cutting it close getting to work on time, and I quickly called the store to explain my situation. Christie, the woman on the phone was so friendly and helpful! I told her my best guess at size and what I was looking for.Upon arrival I was met with smiling faces. Christie had everything set up in the dressing room for me so that I could be in and out. Since I wasn’t too sure on my size, she had pulled everything in two sizes for me to try and I had plenty to work with. On limited time, I got to undressing. Christie checked on me to make sure everything was satisfactory, and once I figured out my size she grabbed the things I wouldn’t be needing and brought a couple of different styles for me to try. I quickly found my favorites and proceeded to check out. When I looked at the total I was pleasantly surprised! I was in such a hurry, I had missed all the signs upon entry about their 70% off storewide!In conclusion my whole experience couldn’t have been better. Even though this is not the closest Ann Taylor to me I will definitely be returning to this location! Thanks again Christie I appreciate you : )”
