Stopped in to talk to Mike about our Subaru. Just got the passenger airbag replaced. Subaru gave us a list of a few problems with car. I went over the list with Mike. We trust Mike. He's been our mechanic for over 20 yrs.

We love WASEC and take all our cars (and our parents' cars) there. Scheduling is easy and conveinent. If there is no answer, they will call back promptly. Mike keeps our cars running smoothly and the service is, as the name implies, affordable. Mike is always cheerful, helpful, and professional. He makes us feel like valued customers. He always spends the time to consult about all our questions and makes sure we understand the work he's doing and why. He does great work and adds a personal touch. Mike was recommended to us by a neighbor and we are very happy to have found a mechanic we trust.

I feel lucky to have found Wasec Affordable Auto. As a female it is intimidating to go in for car repair and not know if you are getting taken advantage of. So far , every visit , Mike explained what was wrong , what was needed and broke down the cost. I never felt like I was getting ripped off. My car was fixed correctly and efficiently. Highly recommend !
